The Prophecy about ‘Mathil-e-Massih’

 

Many Ahmadis today are ignorant about the true conception of their beliefs. As a consequence, they have lost sight of the Sahih Al Islam that true Ahmadiyyat stands for. Instead of worshipping Allah (swt) and obeying His commands as explained by the Holy Prophet (sa) and the Promised Messiah (as), these Ahmadis are now enamoured of their priests and chiefs among them, and they follow their Caliph in his profound doctrinal mistakes, God Forbid. Today, Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya rejects every possibility of Divine guidance except the one that may come through their assembly-elected Caliph, making him infallible arbiter in the spiritual destiny of millions. The Nizam-e-Jamaat evades and ignores the Word of God when it stands against their  material interests, family prestige, and institutional designs, especially on the divine prerogative of appointing a Prophet or Mujaddid in a new era.

The Promised Messiah (as) never indicated the current structure of the Khilafat-e-Ahmadiyya as the only institutional design compatible with Divine Will. Even in his final Book, the testamentary declaration AL WASIYYAT, while asking his disciples to remain united by taking the oath of allegiance with one among them, the Promised Messiah (as) indicated that a time would come when it would become necessary for Allah (swt) to raise someone with Rooh-ul-Qudus (Holy Spirit) to guide and steer the community on the correct path. 

Today, Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya rejects such a possibility altogether by mystifying the office of Khalifatul Massih with all temporal and spiritual power so much so that myopic and ignorant Ahmadis wonder, ‘can someone possibly claim to be above the Khalifatul Massih!’ Despite the myth-making by the Ahmadis on the office of the ‘Khalifatul Massih’, the reality remains that the Promised Messiah (as) has left behind a rich legacy of writings that point to the advent of the likes of the Messiah even in future. All theological engineering designed to mask the idolatry in the vanguard of the Nizam-e-Jamaat is bound to crumple before the Day of Judgement, Insha Allah, Aameen.   

‘Musa’, ‘Harun’ and ‘Balaam’ Today

Imam- Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam International Hazrat Munir Ahmad Azim (aba) of Mauritius is unwavering in his spiritual mission over the last two decades. Making a special claim of inspired communications that he says he receives from the Unseen, from the throne of the Almighty God through Rooh-ul-Qudus (Holy Spirit); Hazrat Azim (aba) acknowledged his Divinely-inspired mission through a public proclamation for the first time on 6 December 2003, almost three years after he was officially expelled from the Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya (Qadian). A recipient of extraordinary spiritually-infused dreams, visionary experiences, and Divine revelations; Hazrat Azim (aba) was falsely accused by the Nizam-e-Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya of confusing and deviating people on the basis of his special Divine knowledge (God Forbid) before he was summarily expelled from the community in December 2000. 

Although the rank and file of the Nizam-e-Jamaat left him, Allah (swt) gave him comfort and consoled him with His words and messages and a small band of devout followers who remained resolute and firm amidst all trials and chaos, and against all odds.  In claiming to be a Muhyiuddin [the Reviver of Faith]; in claiming to be a Mujaddid [Divinely-mandated and appointed Reformer of the Muslim Ummah]; in claiming to be a Khalifatullah [the high representative of God in the mantle of the Prophets of the past] over the last two decades, and going on with his preaching efforts all across the world with the help of his disciples and followers; Hazrat Azim (aba) relies on the basis of crystal-clear Divine revelations that leaves one in no doubt or uncertainty about what it says- that he is indeed a  man in the league of extraordinary savants of God- the saints and reformers of Islamic world who lived in different eras; the exemplary role models of faith who projected the Light of Islam in their own times- following in the footsteps of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sa).

Ignorant people [Jaahileen], especially deviant Ahmadi youths with no real knowledge or personal experience on deeper spiritual verities in the mystical Way of Allah (swt) rush in, like foolish persons, to oppose and critique matters beyond their understanding and comprehension in the realm of religion. Such a Jahil, found all too often in the circles of Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya (Qadian) these days, recently tried to turn Qur’anic doctrine of Divine Guidance upside down through his verbal jugglery by elevating a man-elected-man [Khalifatul Massih] to a lofty pedestal at the price of rejecting an Elect of God [Khalifatullah]!

Against the backdrop of such muddying of spiritual waters by the Ahmadiyya establishment in Tamil Nadu recently, Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam International published a Booklet in response. Entitled ‘Refutation to the E-Palmphlet “Twin Balaam” authored by Fayaz Aslam of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, Tamil Nadu’, Hazrat Muhyiuddin Al Khalifatullah Munir Ahmad Azim (aba) shines light on a number of topics central to an informed appreciation of the Divine Manifestation in Mauritius. By narrating the events of the present era in the everyday life settings of the Divine Manifestation, and linking them through Qur’anic principles and allusions- even interpreting the silences of the Qur’an to indicate a spiritual point-  from the life world of Hazrat Musa (as), Hazrat Harun (as) and the Jewish Balaam, Hazrat Khalifatullah (aba) throws searching light on the complex spiritual and material realities that undergird Divine revelations in a living community of people with different temperaments and mindsets, and the choices they make in their lives and the consequences these choices may entail in the fortunes of a people in this world and the world to come. 

Divine Manifestation: 23 Years

 

‘It is He who made the sun a shining radiance and the moon a light, determining phases for it so that you might know the number of years and how to calculate time. God did not create all these without a true purpose; He explains His signs to those who understand.’----The Holy Qur’an, (10: 6)

‘By the passage of time!  man is [deep] in loss, except for those who believe, do good deeds, urge one another to the truth, and urge one another to steadfastness.’ (103: 2-4)

 

For a man without Faith, the flight of time and all happenings are merely accidental and without any consequences in this world, nor in the world to come! On the other hand, for a believer, there is a meaning and purpose attached to all the events in the ebb and flow of time. He/she lives with a wider consciousness about Divine commands and the Day of Judgement when one’s deed shall make or break one’s fortunes, eternally, as it were. Hence, every New Year is a great reminder- of the years passing by, and the times coming ahead by the Will of Allah, and more importantly, about our duties to choose wisely and act prudently as time goes by.

Sexual Assault in the Nizam-e-Jamaat

  

Recently, alleged incidents of incestuous relations and other forms sexual crimes- including child sex abuse and rape, involving  members of the reigning Caliph’s own family within the Nizam-e-Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya became international headlines, shocking and embarrassing Ahmadis everywhere. A woman member of the ‘first family’ of the Jamaat- no less than a granddaughter of the 3rd and the 4th Caliph through different bloodlines- publicly revealed her struggles for justice within the Nizam-e-Jamaat. After apparently being sexually abused and exploited as a child by her own father for many years, the woman said that she was also raped on different occasions by three influential persons in the Jamaat/close male relatives of the present Caliph Mirza Masroor Ahmad Saheb. 

From the record of conversations with the Khalifatul Massih V that the impugned lady publicly shared over the Internet on the alleged incidents, it appears as though the Caliph Masroor Saheb has virtually failed to actively intervene and take substantive and procedural measures to deliver justice to a deeply vulnerable and traumatized woman family member at a critical juncture of her life. With no process of justice in the Nizam-e-Jamaat, the victim approached the British Police, and investigations are presently on all those incidents of sexual assault and other crimes, and the Police is apparently holding interviews with members of the family of the Caliph himself in this matter. 

The claims and counter allegations in the present controversy over issues of criminal justice within the Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya highlighted the need for clarity of principles and practice on a number of related matters within an Islamic perspective. In a recent Interview with the Sahih Al Islam You Tube Channel, Imam- Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam International Hazrat Muhyi-ud-Din Al Khalifatullah Munir Ahmad Azim Saheb of Mauritius spoke about Islamic teachings pertaining to sexual offences. Hazrat Khalifatullah's guidance came in the backdrop of a series of questions and clarifications raised by many Ahmadi Muslims from around the world.  

Revelation: Ahmadi Speculations

 

Recently, an Ahmadi brother sent us a question. According to him: 'It was Allah who had already revealed to Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, the Promised Messiah(as), ‘Inni ma'aka ya Masroor' (Surely, I am with you, O Masroor) Hence it is very clear when Allah Himself said that 'I am with you, O Masroor’- that is, He is with the fifth Khalifa Mirza Masroor Ahmad after the Promised Messiah. Then, how can Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib, or anyone else, have the authority to do so? 

Before, we can answer the question first of all, we have to discuss about the divine revelation revealed to the Promised Messiah(as). Actually, this revelation is the third from the chain of revelations which is vouchsafed to the Promised Messiah (as) in Arabic language and these revelations were received by him on December 1907. (Tadhkirah, p. 1016) In that, Allah (swt) had revealed to him, "Inni ma'aka ya Masrur" (I am with you, O Masrur [happy one]) and Further, it was revealed to him “Inni Ma'aka ya Ibrahim” in the same day! One thing we should also remember is that these revelations were vouchsafed to the Promised Messiah (as).

But now, the Nizamies are completely devoid of this heavenly blessings and they are claiming that this revelation is a prophecy for Mirza Masroor Ahmad Sahib and certainly, we will have no objection; rather, we will happily welcome it. But the question is did he (Mirza Masroor Ahmad Sahib) proclaim and declared that the revelation of Promised Messiah (as) would prove that he has been raised from Allah for the benefit of the whole of mankind? And if not, what is the significance of this own claim by Nizamies? 

'Duah': Invocations to Allah- XIV

Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I continue today the 14th part of my series of sermons on the subject of “duahs” (invocations to Allah). Today I present before you the duahs which Allah revealed to me before and after He raised me as His chosen one, when I was still in the Jamaat Ahmadiyya and also when I was expelled from the Nizam-e-Jamaat on the 1st January 2001. That fateful unforgettable year, on the 7th of January I reached the age of forty, and all that occurred in the realm of spirituality, along with all the persecutions and mockeries were life-changing.

Important Dream at the Beginning of the new Islamic Era

This reminds me of a great dream I had at the beginning of the new 15th Century Hijri, one year later in November 1981. At that time, I was quite young and was clueless about the Hijri Calendar and that a new century was opening for me, as a blessing but also as a lifelong struggle for the sake of Allah. 

I dreamt that four great personalities in white, being very handsome with beautiful beards and illuminating faces came to my parental house, and sat on the sofas which were of different colours. They came with very important news about my life, what shall happen to me in the future, but what I clearly remember after all these years [for I did not keep any written records of my dreams back then] is that they foretold about the great hurdles that I would have to go through in my life but that I must not worry because Allah will remove all these hurdles and be with me. Since I had seen that dream, I was very shaken and panicked and I was hesitant to relate this to anybody. After finally relating it to a good and well-respected Muslim neighbour of mine who had deep affection for me, the latter was awestruck by what I told him and considered this as a great dream and that I was one of the favoured people of Allah. He told me that was why he liked me very much. He encouraged me to relate that dream to my parents. Being worried by what I told her, my mother told me to give away a Sadqua, and to pray [which I did]. As for my father, upon hearing about the dream, he smiled at me, and gave me such comfort that all my worries flew away instantly. He told me that it was indeed a great dream that I had seen, but why must I worry because had not these personalities [i.e. the angels] say that Allah will always be with me? 

So, this was one of the most important dream I had in my youth, prior to being raised as God’s Servant. And Allah kept giving me true dreams and visions, which at that time I could not understand, but little by little when His Divine Manifestation touched me in a way like never before, when I was nearing the age of forty, Allah showed great love and helped me in great ways just like He promised, despite the attacks on my honour and dignity as a Caller to Allah [Dai-Illallah], as a worker and missionary of Islam Ahmadiyyat. During these hard times with the evil plots of a so-called [now ex] Amir along with the people around him, Allah revealed to me many duahs as a comfort to my soul.

'Ghibbat': Part-III

Continuing the series on the theme of 'Ghibbat'- the vice of speaking ill of others behind their backs-, Imam Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam Hadhrat Muhyi-ud-Din Al Khalifatullah  Munir Ahmad Azim Saheb (atba) of Mauritius, in his Friday Sermon of 27 September 2019 ~ 27 Muharram 1441 AH,  provides fascinating insights into the working of the human psyche in inter-personal and social settings. There are intimate connections between backbiting and hypocrisy:  whereas a hypocrite will indulge in backbiting; the habit of backbiting can lead the person who indulges in it away from the holy path of Faith. Secondly, while those who indulge in backbiting seek to defame or destroy reputations of others; this vice may have ironical consequences: if the backbiters challenge common sense and attack the reputation of a pious soul, the deception will boomerang on the backbiters, and they will lose face before the people. Likewise, severe backbiting by religious leaders and the priestly class often lead the people away from taking religion seriously. Indeed, people may lose interest in, and they may keep aloof from, the spiritual way altogether. Thirdly, 'Ghibbat' is also a manifestation of other vices in human nature: hatred and jealousy. 

During the early days of the Divine Manifestation, the Nizam-e-Jamaat officials in Mauritius brazenly and openly indulged in 'Ghibbat' and other vices against the recipient of Divine revelations among them as they did not comprehend the descent of Divine revelations on someone in their midst. Likewise, people who recognize the sign of God in the person of an Elect of Allah (atba) among them sometimes display great emotions of sincere respect and deep affection and it would be unfair to belittle their sentiments of respect by equating it with Shirk-like practices (God Forbid). Hadhrat Khalifatullah (atba) warns against talking ill about things one do not fully understand, and persons who speak that way need to be wary of the sin of backbiting and hypocrisy.

Surah Al Hujurat: Ghibbat, Part III 

By the grace of Allah, I am hereby continuing the 3^rd part of my Friday Sermon on the subject of “Ghibbat” (backbiting), seeking the defects of others, spying, suspecting and doubting others, putting false allegations, blames etc. on them. Thus, this sermon continues…

Many times, by keeping hypocritical relations with your innocent brothers or sisters, you become a hypocrite. And when hypocrisy arises somewhere, then, there are also possibilities for hypocrisy to develop elsewhere also, in many places/ situations. When someone makes it a habit to adopt hypocrisy, it is “Ghibbat” which becomes a great factor that helps him to become accustomed to hypocrisy.

A hypocrite refers to someone who is accustomed to talking behind someone’s back, but in front of him, he says the complete opposite, and thus gives that person the impression that he was talking in his favour [when this is not the case at all]. In front of him, the hypocrite says lots of things which is very different from his true point of view and what he was really thinking. This is hypocrisy.

'Nizam-e-Jamaat': Questioning Injustice

In his Friday Sermon of 28 June 2019 ~24 Shawwal 1440 AH, Hadhrat Imam Muhyi-ud-Din Al Khalifatullah Munir Ahmad Azim Saheb (atba) of Mauritius spoke comprehensively on the human responsibility to respect and abide by Divine commandments at all times, especially in the times of a Divinely-raised messenger among them. Dereliction of duty in responding to the Divine Will and wisdom behind the lofty Message, particularly our arrogance and hubris in ridiculing the Messenger to the extend of 'shooting'/expelling him from our midst would bring in Divine punishment in unexpected ways. Revolting against the Divine Gift of a Prophet/ Messenger/ Reformer/ Inviter to the sublime path of Renewal in the name of blind veneration of one's own priests and chiefs will inexorably and inevitably corrupt an entire community's spiritual future.  

Drawing on his own searing personal experiences of going through blatantly  unfair treatment, social boycott, loss of livelihood and much injustice at the hands of the leadership ('Nizam-e-Jamaat') of the 'mainstream' Ahmadiyya community (the Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya)- that he served with dignity and distinction for a decade and more, Imam Muhyi-ud-Din (atba) speaks to remind the truth to the 'powers' that be, by asking fundamental questions on their very spiritual identity and their institutional malpractices: the nature and character of their 'faith'; sense of fairness and justice; respect for Islamic laws on employment-related obligations; non-compliance with the rule of law in the country; failure to settle termination benefits under labour law; their empty rhetoric on 'love for all, hatred for none', etc. 

Despite their ego-massaging lofty capital-city building projects in England these days, deep- down, the Nizam-e-Jamaat knows that their empire of caliph worshipping/ unquestioned authority of the leadership over the common Ahmadis is facing tumultuous times, especially with Allah (swt) raising a 'Saviour'/ Liberator/ 'Messiah'/ 'Mujaddid' for the enslaved Ahmadis in our times. With the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam making sure progress in India and elsewhere, the Nizam-e-Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya is indulging in a PR-exercise of 'addressing' long-standing grievances against the high-handedness of officials amongst Mauritius Ahmadis. Speaking against that backdrop, Hadhrat Khalifatullah (atba) also unveils for the first time a very important document that throws much light on the unIslamic ways and unjust practices of the Nizam-e-Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya in our times.

The Divine Law v/s the Law of Man

Today people are giving their idols way much importance than the Divine Law. It is man-made laws that are destroying life on earth and destroying the divine teachings. And man has established his laws so forcefully that the one who does not show any obedience to them [i.e. the man-made laws and instructions], therefore, such people go to the extent of taking sanctions against those who do not follow their laws.

When divine laws are being replaced by man-made laws, the world is paying the consequences of this waywardness. Today when man has drifted away from divine laws and is giving much more importance to the laws of man, look what is happening in the world, in a country, in a society, in a Jamaat, in a family, in your environment.

Those who take themselves as scholars/ savants/ intelligent people, they are putting their own ideas and opinions forward and they have pushed aside the divine laws, and unfortunately the people who are following them are going towards their own lost, and their fear of God has disappeared. Instead fear for their Guru (Chief/ Leader) has gripped their hearts, and this is verily what has annihilated faith for the Almighty in the hearts of these people.

They start fearing man more than the Creator. All that they do, they do it only to reap the pleasure of their Guru, in their deeds and works, and there is nothing that they do to reap the pleasure of Allah. That is why, wherever you look, there is no peace, and evil has surfaced on earth. It is then that Allah (swt) manifests His wrath to wake up the consciousness of man (i.e. to make man realise his mistakes/ misdeeds) and make him understand that there is only one God.

Thus, only the Law of Allah (swt) can ever stop this deterioration in our daily life. Divine Law has proved itself more than 1400 years ago and is still proving itself right with the advent of an Envoy of God with the Holy Spirit (Ruh’il Quddus) to bring back all people to the unicity of God, on the right path and to revive the true teachings of God.

The Self-Disclosure of God

The Revelations of 19 April 2019

‘A living faith is that through which we can find the Living God. The Living God is He Who can make us a direct recipient of revelation, or could at least bring us in contact with one who has been a direct recipient of revelation. I convey this good news to the whole world that the God of Islam is such a Living God.’

Imam- Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam Hadhrat Muhyi-ud-Din Al Khalifatullah Munir Ahmad Azim Saheb (atba) of Mauritius is a recipient of Divine revelations in our times. Over the last two decades (2000-2019), Hadhrat Saheb (atba) has received thousands of messages from the Unseen, informing him and the world at large about the Exalted Presence and All Powerful control of the Ever-Living God on our universe. The claims of Hadhrat Saheb (atba)- of being a recipient of Divine converse and communion; spiritual titles with a mission of Tawheed; and the beliefs of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam rhyme perfectly well with the beliefs in the Islamic spiritual tradition that Allah the Almighty raises His Elects who enjoy Divine nearness, help and succour, in every era and that they speak with the help of Rooh-il-Qudus. According to Islamic tradition, the sublime purpose of such a spiritual favour on the believers-the raising of a Divine servant with revelations- is to guide and lead humanity in the correct and straight path of Shariah in everyday life.

To teach people wisdom and right judgement on all affairs that concern them, Allah (swt) reveals His messages to His chosen servants in every era. Like the Qur’an says, “And it is not given to a human being that Allah should speak to him except by direct revelation ('Wahi') or from behind a veil or by sending a messenger (an angel) who should reveal (to him) by His command what He pleases”.(42:52)

“It is He Who sends down clear signs to His servant that He may lead you from all kinds of darkness (of ignorance) into the light (of faith)”- (57: 9)

Hence, with the great blessing of illumined guidance descending on a living servant of God amongst us, these are unusual and extraordinary times in the annals of Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya. Almost a century after the death and departure of the Promised Messiah (as); in this era, Allah (swt) has raised Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Saheb (atba) of Mauritius- a spiritual son of the Massih Maoud (as)- to bear witness to the magnificent reality of a Living God- the same Divine reality that spoke to prophets and saints in the past, now guiding the humans in our times through sending revelations on His Chosen Servant! Alhamdulillah, Allah-u-Akbar!

Reproduced below are certain Divine revelations vouchsafed to Hadhrat Khalifatullah (atba) on 19 April 2019 after Jumu’ah prayers. The date of the Revelation is significant: ‘Saturday, 19 April 2003 is an historical day for the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam. 16 years ago the believers of the Divine Manifestation had taken the first Bai’ah (oath of allegiance) in the hand of the Khalifatullah. And also today (19 April 2019) is Saint Friday for the Christians’. 

The revelations in the Arabic language contain remarkable reassurance and Divine guarantee of continuing support for the humble servant of God and the spiritual mission, and glad tidings to those who submit to God with His Elect. Likewise, there are also clear warnings in these revelations for those who chose to ridicule the precious Divine heritage they were offered. It is also interesting to note that the present series of Divine revelations contain a succinct restatement of fundamental Islamic beliefs, the faith and beliefs of all Muslims all through the centuries, Alhamdulillah. 

‘Qudrat-e-Saniah’: Ahmadi Misconceptions

“So dear friends! since it is the Sunnatullah, from times immemorial, that God Almighty shows two Manifestations so that two false joys of the opponents be put to an end, it is not possible now that God should relinquish His old-established Sunnat. So do not be grieved on what I have said to you; and nor your hearts should be distressed. For it is essential for you to see the second Manifestation, too, and its coming is better for you because it is everlasting the continuity of which will not end till the Day of Judgment.” (The Will – (Al-Wasiyyat); Page 5, Written on 24th December 1905).

Based on certain writings by the Promised Massih (as) in the last century concerning the future of the Divine Mission he was to leave behind, and the subsequent interpretative understandings on the same proffered within the Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya to deepen Its institutional order, most Ahmadis had been taught to consider that the present Nizam-e-Jamaat or the Ahmadiyya establishment- led by the assembly-elected Khalifatul Massih- system, is nothing less than ‘Qudrat-e-Saniah’ (Second Manifestation of Divine Power), mentioned by the Promised Massih (as). With the Divine decision to raise a Messenger to guide all humanity in the person of Khalifatullah Hazrat Munir Ahmad Azim Saheb (atba) of Mauritius; the claims of the Nizam-e-Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya concerning Qudrat-e-Saniah (the lofty station of Divine favour), are increasingly looking a little shaky. Many Ahmadi youths are raising their spiritual concerns. Fundamental questions on the meaning and 'selective' interpretation of profound concepts like ‘Qudrat-e-Saniah’, are no longer off the table. Inquisitive about the Divine Manifestation in Mauritius in the blessed person of Hazrat Muhyi-ud-Din Al Khalifatullah Munir Ahmad Azim Saheb (atba), Ahmadi brothers in India are wondering now as to how to adjust their ‘received/ conventional wisdom’ in the Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya concerning Divine favours (Qudrat-e-Saniah) so as to appreciate the great manifestation of ‘Qudrat’ that is before them.  

In his Friday Sermon of 29 May 2009, Imam- Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam Hazrat Muhyi-ud-Din Al Khalifatullah Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib (atba) of Mauritius spoke on Qudrat-e-Saniah, clearly explaining the meaning and correct interpretation of this profound concept for our times. For the benefit of all Ahmadi brothers, we reproduce the relevant extract below:

In his will (Al Wasiyyat), Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as) has elaborated that after his death his community would be assisted by a second manifestation of divine power and support, just as it was assisted by a first manifestation during his life. The Ahmadi brothers have interpreted this ‘second power’ to mean the establishment of their Khilafat.

My reply to this, the Promised Messiah (as) has come to continue the work of Hazrat Muhammad (sa) – work which has been trampled by the so-called Muslim scholars or Ulemas. Then, in order to accomplish that work, the manifestation of the power of God takes place, as it says in the Holy Quran:

“This day have I perfected for you your religion and completed My favour upon you.”

Its manifestation took place in the time of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sa). But after him, this continued in the times of his caliphs (four right-guided caliphs), revivers of faith, or Mujjadidin. They were all the ‘second power’. The ‘second power’ cannot be limited to a particular form.

Social Boycott in the Ahmadiyya Community

The Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam International has just published a new book in Malayalam, entitled ‘Boycott? Or, No Boycott?’. Originally written by Hadhrat Imam Muhyi-ud-Din Al Khalifatullah Munir Ahmad Azim Saheb (atba) of Mauritius, the present Malayalam translation is by Mukarram Amir Jamaluddin Raother Saheb of Mathra. Written almost five years ago, the Book remains as relevant and topical as ever, discussing the official policy of of the Nizam-e-Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya vis-a-vis the Divine Manifestation in Mauritius, especially the arrogant institutional decision by the Nizam-e-Jamaat leadership to socially boycott all those who believe or support Hadhrat Munir Saheb (atba) -a Muslim believer who claims he is a recipient of Divine messages in our times.

The Boycott Policy calls for profound spiritual reflections on the part of common Ahmadis as it touches upon, and has grave implications for, their foundational beliefs and personal convictions. Do they plan to behave unjustly and arrogantly in the times of a Divine Elect among them? As the Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya is premised on the continuity of Divine revelations within the Muslim Ummah in every era, it is astonishingly ironical to see how the Nizamis seek to dispute God’s messages in this era, with no authority to do so. How can they be so deluded when they can still read the Qur’an?

Indeed, the Holy Qur’an advices humility, openness, caution and wisdom- rather than expulsion and boycott induced by power and hubris- to people who encounter God’s servants in their midst, by referring to the sojourn of Moses (as) among the Pharoah’s people:

“How can you expel a man just for saying, ‘My Lord is Allah,’? He has brought you clear signs from your Lord- if he is a liar, on his own head be it- and if he is truthful, then at least some of what he has threatened will happen to you. Allah does not guide any rebellious, outrageous liar. 

My people, as masters in the land you have the power today, but who will help us from the punishment of Allah if it comes upon us?” (40: 29-30)

The present book entitled ‘Boycott? Or, No Boycott?’, written by Hadhrat Imam Muhyi-ud-Din Al Khalifatullah Munir Ahmad Azim Saheb (atba) of Mauritius in 2014, makes an important contribution to the debates around the anti-Islamic policy of “social boycott” being aggressively implemented by the Nizam-e-Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya in recent times. The profound forensic examination and clinical arguments of Hadhrat Khalifatullah (atba), unravelling the roots and branches of this anti-human policy of the Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya, is compulsory reading for all Ahmadi Muslims who care about their foundational beliefs and the ‘directions’ of their Jamaat in recent times.

Pride and Prejudice in the Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya

O my Lord! Grant unto us wives and offspring who will be the comfort of our eyes, and give us (the grace) to lead the righteous. (Al-Furqan 25: 75).

Our Lord! Let not our hearts deviate now after Thou hast guided us, but grant us mercy from Thine own Presence; for Thou art the Grantor of bounties without measure. (Al-Imran 3: 9).

Our Lord! Condemn us not if we forget or fall into error. (Al-Baqara 2: 287).

Our Lord! Lay not on us a burden greater than we have strength to bear. Blot out our sins, and grant us forgiveness. Have mercy on us. Thou art our Protector; Help us against those who stand against faith. (Al-Baqara 2: 287).

 'Practice' versus 'preaching' in the Nizam-e-Jamaat

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community headed by a man-elected caliph deceives the world with his beautiful speeches about peace and the need to have Love for All and Hatred for None.

As Caliph and Messenger of Allah, it is my duty to put before the world, especially in front of all Ahmadi Muslims around the world, the true face of their present caliph, who certainly does not practice what he preaches.

The Break-up of Ahmadi Families in Mauritius

To hide his face, he tells people who ask him questions about the current situation in Mauritius, a situation that for more than seventeen years has turned sour in the Ahmadiyya Community of Mauritius, [that everything is fine]. With the instructions, directives that come directly from the current caliph, the chiefs of the Jamaat Ahmadiyya in Mauritius are doing whatever they like by implementing what they call, the caliph’s instructions, such instructions that they absolutely must implement, despite the fact that these same instructions are against the vital teachings of the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), and even the teachings of the Promised Messiah, Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as).

In view of the world, the caliph preaches peace, he is a peaceful man, a man of peace. He insists that there is no problem in Mauritius, that everything is fine in the best of all worlds! But in truth, the more he masks the break-up and massacres in the Jamaat Ahmadiyya in Mauritius and elsewhere in the world within the Ahmadi families, the more the truth turns into a powerful wave to reverse his Machiavellian plans. He takes himself as a gatherer, but in truth he is only a man who wants to divide families and break the Muslim unity and family union.

'Wahyu': A Challenge to the 'Nizam-e-Jamaat'

The 'mainstream' Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya, in its institutionalized ‘Khilafat’-system, today represents only an empty 'shell' devoid of the 'kernel' of True Islam. Over the century after the death and departure of Hadhrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as) of Qadian, the Ahmadiyya establishment or the 'Nizam-e-Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya' as it is known, has corroded the very idea and essence of ‘Ahmadiyyat’ as taught by the Promised Massih (as). For at the heart of the claims and teachings of the Holy Founder of the Jamaat-e- Ahmadiyya in the last century stands the continuity of Divine revelations in the Muslim Ummah till the Day of Judgement and the arrival of righteous servants as Elects of God who speak with the help of Roohul Qudus. Yet today, in an  age of wealth and affluence within the community; the Nizam-e-Jamaat is more concerned about ‘power’ and ‘authority’ over the mundane riches than with the profound spiritual questions pertaining to the continuity of Divine revelations and the appearance of Divine servants in a new century of Islam. 

Trappings of ‘power’ within the Nizam-e-Jamaat, the growing institutionalization and the consequent need for greater coherence and integration has meant that the role and status of the assembly-elected leader, the ‘Khalifatul Massih’, is carefully ‘calibrated’ so much so that the Caliph is equated to the ‘shadow of God on earth’. Foundational values and basic principles of the Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya had been 'tweaked' and adjusted to suit the rulers that be- to the extent that the position of the Caliph is elevated to the Elects of God, even when he is not a recipient of Divine guidance. Thanks to the ongoing 'doctrinal' brainwashing by the Mullahs under the Nizam-e-Jamaat in their quest for the elusive 'victory' of Ahmadiyyat,  most Ahmadis today are critically unaware of their own community’s history and its spiritual moorings and are more or less become 'frogs in the well', as it were- completely  oblivious of their own ignorance of the oceans beyond. And the Nizam-e-Jamaat  and the Ahmadi Mullahs in India and elsewhere, in their vanity and false pride over the continuation of their man-elected ‘Khilafat' system, arrogantly and defiantly doubt and dispute the very descent of Divine revelations in this era outside of their 'charmed circle' and seek to negate the truth about the spiritual titles being vouchsafed to Divine servants in our times. 

It is against this dismal social and religious backdrop that one should view the ongoing ‘churning’ within the Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya. Consider the Divine Manifestation in Mauritius: a born Ahmadi- soldier of Islam and a recipient of Divine revelations, Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Saheb (atba) of Mauritius has been Divinely-blessed with almost all the spiritual titles that, throughout history, were vouchsafed to the great savants of Islam- the people whom devout Muslims over the millennium revere as no less than the spiritual heirs of the Holy Prophet (sa), Alhamdulillah, Soumma Alhamdulillah. If anyone today is truly interested in the sublime world of seeking proximity to the Lord Almighty through Islamic teachings and is on the quest for a Living Exemplar of that great spiritual path, s/he need not look further than the Sheikh-ul-Islam Hadhrat Muhyi-ud-Din Al Khalifatullah Munir Ahmad Azim Saheb (atba) of Mauritius.

In his Friday Sermon of 29 June 2018 (14 Shawwal 1439 AH),  Hadhrat Khalifatullah (atba) provides a fascinating account of the Divine revelations recieved in the last couple of weeks, Alhamdulillah, Allah-u-Akbar. These Divine Messages are compulsory reading for all those who are interested in a Living  God who speaks to His blessed servant on  a range of issues and concerns pertaining to spiritual guidance on the true path. We also hope that the Divine messages and the Discourse in general would be of special interest to all Ahmadis- of every denominational group in existence today-, considering that the entire leadership of the Nizam-e-Jamaat- from the local Ahmadi Mullahs, Amirs in between,  down to the Caliph- stand challenged for a spiritual duel if they truly stand by their baseless assertions/ wild allegations on the nature and character of the present Divine Manifestation in Mauritius.
