The Murder of Tahir Naseem


Charged with the offence of 'blasphemy' and facing legal proceedings for the last two years in Pakistan, Tahir Ahmad Naseem was murdered by a fanatic youth on Wednesday, 29 July 2020. Apparently, the assassin was able to sneak inside a Peshawar courtroom where a judge was presiding over the case, and  shoot the victim down at point blank range, to silence him forever. Media reports testify that while the gunman Faisal Khan was immediately apprehended by the police; the murder is being openly celebrated as a 'victory of Islam', with many Mullahs competing among themselves to declare the murderer a 'Ghazi' - soldier of Islam-, turning a horrific murdered into national hero!

Mubahila: Khalifa Sani and the Ahmadiyya Sects

Today, among the followers, or those who have accepted the claims, of the Promised Massih Hadhrat Ahmad (as) in the Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya, one can count six different, denominational sects: Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya Qadian, Anjuman Ahmadiyya Lahore, Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya Al Muslemun, Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya Islah Pasand, Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam and the Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya Haquiqui

The recent Mubahila between two of the Ahmadiyya sects- Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam and the Jamaat-e- Ahmadiyya Islah Pasand is entering into a different stage now, with the Mujaddid claimant Abdul Ghaffar Janbah Sahib and his Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya Islah Pasand declaring for himself a “clear victory” through his recent speeches. The boastful claims from the Janbah Sahib came after the completion of two years of publishing/uploading the official Mubahila Document in the respective official websites.

In contrast to the approach of the Janbah Sahib, Hadhrat Imam Muhyi-ud-Din Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib (atba)  and the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam  has taken the position that the Janbah Sahib is gravely mistaken in his approach and perceptions and also in his appreciation for himself in the context of the Mubahila. Janbah Sahib is ignoring a profound fact about the situation: he had entered into the Mubahila, half-hearted and reluctant, as is so apparent from the way he conducted himself and his failure in fulfilling the simple procedural requirements in their full measure. He should not have abused the fact that Allah (twa) is compassionate and overlooks the mistakes and sometimes extends the days of people in His Wisdom. Insha Allah, the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam is certain to serve the purpose of renewal of faith in our times, and there are glad tidings for those who are steadfast and do good deeds in the path of Allah.

The result/consequences of the Mubahila is itself a trial for the believers, especially for all Ahmadis found in the various sects of Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya today. Given that all parties to the Mubahila are alive and positive factors that give personal and subjective satisfaction can be, and had been, shared from both ends, whose claims of decisive victory needs to be accepted may yet remain shrouded for many believers, especially those who have veils over their eyes which haze their spiritual vision. In his Friday Sermon of March 21, 2014 the Khalifatullah Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib (atba) of Mauritius spoke about the questions that are most relevant for those who analyse the Mubahila situation.

‘Janbah Sahib, Allah does not like the Boastful’


اِنَّ اللّٰہَ لَا یُحِبُّ مَنۡ  کَانَ  مُخۡتَالًا  فَخُوۡرَا ۙ ۝

“Innallaaha laa yuhibbu man-kaana mukh-taalan-fakhuuraa” (4: 37)
Allah does not like those who are self-deluding and boastful.

In his Friday Sermon delivered on 07 March 2014 in Urdu, Abdul Ghaffar Janbah Sahib is rejoicing with boastfulness and arrogance that he is enjoying good health and has his mission spread in the world, and he even went as far as to say that he shall live till at least 80 years old, thus saying that the Mubahila had no real effect on him.

He does not say that he has acted with treachery on the question, when he and his disciple Mansoor Ahmed signed on the Mubahila (so as to come in the court of Allah to let Allah the Great decide who between the two: the Musleh Ma’ud (as) or him, is true especially with the bad words and names they said against him. Abdul Ghaffar Janbah Sahib also stated that the prophecy which Hazrat Massih Ma’ud (as) received was for him, that he is that Zaki Ghulam and that the Musleh Ma’ud (as) was false). Therefore despite signing, yet he did not date his Mubahila form.

They acted with treachery and were not straightforward or valorous. They did not put on the date, month and year so that world may see where truth shall triumph. He also stated that his Jamaat has spread everywhere, yet he did not mention his Jamaat in the signed Mubahila form/document.

On the other hand, we the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam firmly believe in Hazrat Massih Ma’ud (as) and the prophecy he made about Allah the Great bestowing upon him a pious son etc., and we believe firmly in the Musleh Ma’ud (as) and we – the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam – and especially my disciple Fazil Jamal Sahib and I entered in a Mubahila with Abdul Ghaffar Janbah Sahib and his Jamaat, but despite him signing (on the Mubahila form) along with his disciple Mansoor Ahmed, but he did not come as an equal with his Jamaat, unlike this humble self who have come with my Jamaat. Without doubt, “Innallaaha Azaabam Muhiinaa” – Allah shall humiliate them. (Revelation)

Mubahila against Janbah Sahib: Truth Triumphs

In recent weeks, many people ask a question: what is the outcome of the Mubahila Challenge launched by Imam Muhyi-ud-Din Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib (atba) of Mauritius against Abdul Ghaffar Janbah Sahib, Mansur Ahmed Sahib and their Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya Islah-Pasand?

In a speech on February 20, 2014 Hadhrat Sahib (atba) of Mauritius eloquently explained the prophecy on Musleh Maoud in its classical setting, traditional explanations over it in the Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya and also its interpretative possibilities in the contemporary context of the Divine Manifestation in Mauritius.  The circumstances behind, and conditionalities of, the Mubahila Challenge was also dealt with, while reminding the world that the opponent parties cannot escape from the fact that the truthful and the truth must triumph”: “And you cannot prevent it from happening”.  

Some people, however, have already reached their own “conclusions” about the apparent, perceived/alleged “failure” of the Mubahila to lead to the “destruction” of either of the parties to the challenge!

On the Mubahila Against Janbah Sahib

It’s been two years since the launch of the duel of prayer against Abdul Ghaffar Sahib and his Jamaat – The Jamaat Ahmadiyya Islah Pasand. This is because he implied that the Musleh Ma’ud, Hazrat Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmud Ahmad (ra) was not the true pure son, promised to the Promised Messiah Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as), and who would also be a reformer. 

Like Zakariyya (as) who wanted a biological heir who would inherit from him and the family of Yacoob (as) – that is, prophethood – likewise, God heard the prayer of the Messiah and guided him to go into retreat at Hoshiarpur to pray in this direction: supplicating God Almighty for an extraordinary son who would be a Great Divine Sign, such a sign which would be more miraculous than to revive the dead. What was certain was that the Promised Messiah was absolutely certain that this son would be his own seed, which would mean that this son would consolidate material/ physical/ biological and spiritual heritage of the Promised Messiah (as). After he received revelation from Allah about the birth of a son, he was delighted with the divine promise and therefore called his promised son “Musleh Ma’ud” (Promised Reformer).


This was certainly his desire because this shall also prove that such a divine gift may happen in the Ummah of Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh), whereby a messenger of Allah among the Muhammadan elite receives from God a son who would be the dazzling representation of the realization of a prayer to God Almighty.

All the prophets of Allah receives from Him spiritual sons too, and this is an undeniable truth because these spiritual sons represent the promises of tomorrow, because whenever faith and the true teachings of God are violated, then these spiritual sons are to appear from among the followers of the deceased prophet to guide people once again to the true faith, the oneness of God. All the prophets since the dawn of time have received such spiritual sons because without these spiritual sons and sincere followers, then how the belief in Allah, in all the prophets of God and in all the tenets of faith shall be maintained?

.....To return to the subject of Mubahila and the accusations and renunciation of belief that the Jamaat Ahmadiyya Islah Pasand and its leader Abdul Ghaffar Janbah Sahib have towards the person of Hazrat Mirza Bashir-ud-Din Mahmud Ahmad (ra) and this humble servant of Allah, the Khalifatullah of this era, then the world is still waiting.

Spiritual Renewal: One Day Camp in Kerala


By the grace of Allah, the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam of Kerala conducted a one-day spiritual camp at the historic Noorul Islam Masjid at Mathra for the benefit of its members on April 6-7, 2012.

With the arrival of our brothers and sisters at the centre of the Jamaat in the morning, formal registration of delegates began at 10.00 am. At 11.00 a.m. members gathered in the premises of the Masjid for an hour-long Waqar-e-Amal Programme, to clear and clean up the surroundings of the Noorul Islam Masjid.

From 12.30 to 1.45 p.m. Namaz-e-Jum’ah was performed. For the occasion, Amir of the Kerala   Jamaat Mukarram Jamaluddin Sahib chose the latest Khutbah of the Khalifatullah Hadhrat Munir Ahmad  Azim Sahib (atba) which was delivered on March 30, 2012 and later led the prayers.

After lunch break, brothers assembled again at the Masjid at 3.00 p.m. the Amir Sahib led an hour-long study session on the importance of Dawa and the necessity and significance of Bai’at. Quoting profusely from the Holy Qur’an and the Ahadith, Amir Sahib made a profound case for standing united under a Divinely-raised Khalifa (Khalifatullah) for the progress of Islam and humanity. He cautioned against the perils of keeping away from Bai’at once Allah sends in His representative with a mission to unite mankind.

After the speech, all brothers had tea and snacks and a general conversation was ensued with the honourable guest, the Soufi Sahib, Shahul Hameed Sahib.

After Maghrib prayer, the Siraj Makin programmed their meeting.

Moreover, Amir Jamaluddin Sahib addressed the gathered members on the importance of the times in the history of the Jamaat - with a Mubahila being signed with Abdul Ghaffar Janbah Sahib of Germany. He underscored the importance of reciting the special prayers taught by Hadhrat Sahib (atba) in this connection and the need to perform Tahajjud prayers on a regular basis invoking special blessings of Allah on the Muhyuiddin and for the Jamaat in general. He also spoke about the importance of carrying on with Dawa activities on a sustained basis.

At 4:30 a.m. members assembled for the Tahajjud Prayers and later, around 5:45 a.m., Namaz-e-Fajr was offered collectively. Amir Sahib led a study session on verses of the Holy Qur’an and some Ahadith on the occasion.

After breakfast at 8:00 a.m., visiting members went back to their respective places. Alhamdulillah, the assembled members left with a feeling of spiritual nourishment and renewal. On this occasion, a video recording was made of the event along with photos.

May Allah enrich the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam, Kerala, India branch with outstanding abilities to propagate the word of Truth with the advent of the Hazrat Khalifatullah Muhyiuddin Munir A. Azim (atba)(Ameen)

On the occasion of Musleh Maoud Day, the Khalifatullah Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib (atba) of Mauritius delivered a special sermon on February 20, 2012. Janbah Sahib Signs on the Mubahila Challenge

In his Friday Sermon of February 17, 2012 Khalifatullah Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib of Mauritius (atba) informed the members of Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam International about an important development- Abdul Ghaffar Janbah Sahib of Germany who claims to be the Mujaddid of the current Century and his disciple Mansoor Ahmed Sahib have both finally signed the Mubahila Challenge after months of dilly-dallying, a challenge that was originally issued by the Khalifatullah on November 21, 2011.

Before closing this sermon, I would like to inform all our members that yesterday (16 February 2012) I received a confirmation email (dated 15 February 2012) and the signed document of the Mubahila Challenge (Pg. 68 - unknown date) which both Abdul Ghaffar Janbah (Kiel, Germany) and Mansoor Ahmed Sahib (United Kingdom) signed.

Before uploading it officially online on our website and with Insha-Allah the signature of our brother Mukarram Fazil Jamal Sahib, we are waiting for an English translation of the Comments of Abdul Ghaffar Janbah Sahib entitled “Lion of God” which he wrote in Urduso that the whole world may easily know what has been said in a language clear to all. ‘Janbah Sahib, Your Days Are Counted’!


In the aftermath of the Mubahila Challenge issued by Khalifatullah Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib (atba) of Mauritius against the Mujaddid claimant Abdul Ghaffar Janbah Sahib of Kiel, Germany and his disciple Mansoor Ahmed Sahib, the opposite parties concerned are adopting diversion tactics to avoid the Challenge altogether and thereby evade the inevitable, if possible! Indeed, the Mubahila challenge has hit them very hard, so much so that the response shows either they are out of their minds or stupidity has no limits!

How else can one explain a situation where the challenge is raised by a Divinely-raised Imam and the response is to take the focus away from the issue altogether? The Mubahila Document was sent to the last known address of Abdul Ghaffar Janbah Sahib on November 24, 2011. Instead of promptly accepting it as a golden opportunity to prove his worth with Divine Help and succour and signing and stamping it with his official seal, the Janbah Sahib sat over the matter for more than a couple of weeks. He later, issued a very vaguely-worded, decision to accept the Challenge on December 10, 2011.

While in his statement Janbah Sahib merely expressed a wish to see this humble person’s signature (Fazil Jamal) on the Document based on my previous critical notes on his claims and requested to the Khalifatullah for the separate inclusion of my name in the Document, his disciple Mansoor Ahmed Sahib has later elevated the wish/request of his Guru into a legitimate demand initially and now, a condition precedent for the signature of his own and that of his Guru! So much so that unless I sign on the Document, they would not dare to sign it!!

The Curious Case of Mansoor Ahmed Sahib

Mansoor Ahmed Sahib, the disciple of the Mujaddid claimant Abdul Ghaffar Janbah Sahib of Kiel, Germany has been and is at the forefront of articulating the viewpoint of his Guru on various spiritual matters. On the question of the fulfilment of prophecy Zaki Ghulam/ Musleh Maoud, Mansoor Ahmed Sahib kept writing in the last year or so, the responses from his Guru’s perspective on the issues and points raised by the Imam of the Age Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib of Mauritius (atba). In his polemical writings defending the position of his Guru, Mansoor Sahib has had no qualms about describing people who differ with him and follow a different interpretation as “religious criminals”.   

It is no accident, then, that the Imam of the Age has decided to include his name along with his Guru in his Mubahila Challenge of November 21, 2011. A month after the declaration of Mubahila Challenge, the Document remains yet ot be signed by the opposite parties concerned- Janbah Sahib and Mansoor Ahmed Sahib. 

In stead of promptly accepting the challenge and signing on the page prepared by the Imam Sahib, Janbah Sahib and  his disciple are manufacturing excuses to look for avoiding the Challenge altogether. Is it to delay the inevitable destruction of their agenda at the Court of Allah? In his public statement of December 10, 2011 Janab Abdul Ghaffar Janbah Sahib gave expression to his intent to accept the Mubahila challenge along with his Jamaat with a rider. He did not sign the Document citing that the signature of this humble person (Fazil Jamal) is not included in the Document as though without my signature, the Mubahila cannot proceed at all!

On November 21, 2011 the Messenger of Allah Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib (atba) invoked the ultimate armament of a servant of Allah against his persistent objectors: Mubahila or the Duel of Prayer. He challenged the Mujaddid claimant Abdul Ghaffar Janbah Sahib of Germany and his disciple Mansoor Ahmed Sahib and their entire group to Mubahila

INVITATION TO DUEL OF PRAYER (CHALLENGE OF MUBAHILA) TO ABDUL GHAFFAR JANBAH SAHIB, MANSOOR AHMED SAHIB & THEIR GROUP



As Almighty Allah said in the Holy Quran (Al-Imran Chapter 3 Verse 62): “If anyone argues with you, despite the knowledge you have received, then say, “Let us summon our children and your children, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves, then let us invoke Allah’s curse upon the liars.”

MUNIR AHMAD AZIM of Mauritius challenges Abdul Ghaffaar Janbah Sahib of Kiel, Germany and Mansoor Ahmed, the disciple of Abdul Ghaffaar Janbah Sahib who have accused this humble self along with the son of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as) – Hazrat Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmood Ahmad (ra) – of imposture and that the latter was not the Promised Reformer (Musleh Maoud) awaited by his noble father (as). As this humble self is a firm believer in Hazrat Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmood Ahmad (ra), Janbah Sahib and his disciple are adamant to label him and this humble self as false and that our proclamations also are false.

Despite the fact that I have refuted him several times (and even through a recent refutation on 15 August 2011) and even invited him (Abdul Ghaffaar Janbah Sahib) openly and officially to a Mubahila Challenge through one of my in-charge of correspondences, Fazil Jamal Sahib, but he (the claimer of being the real Musleh Maoud) has not come forward to accept this Mubahila Challenge. He and his disciple are adamant in persisting in their ignorance and to attack this humble self and this humble self’s sincere and loyal disciple, Fazil Jamal Sahib (who is Alhamdulillah very attached to the Khalifatullah of this era and the Divine Manifestation and Mission).

Janbah Sahib and the Argument of 23 Years

Abdul Ghaffar Janbah Sahib of Kiel, Germany claims to be the "real" Musleh Maoud as per the prophecy of the Promised Massih (as).  Janbah Sahib thinks that he is on the right path and that he is the true and only Musleh Maoud promised to Massih Maoud (as) and he is adamant to defile the claim of Musleh Maoud of Hadhrat Musleh Maoud (ra). In order to prove that the claim of Hadhrat Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmood Ahmad (ra) was false, Janbah Sahib argues that Hadhrat Khalifa Sani met with the accursed death of a false claimant (God Forbid). In short, for the sake of making himself true, Janbah Sahib has smeared himself with the blood of the Musleh Maoud (ra).In order to prove his satanic theory, Janbah Sahib attempts to derive a principle from the writings of the Promised Massih (as). Janbah Sahib alleges that the Promised Massih (as) held that anyone who is killed within a period of 23 years after making a claim of being a divine appointee shall be deemed to be false. Applying this (self-invented) principle in the case of Hadhrat Khalifa Sani (ra), Janbah Sahib comes to the conclusion that because Khalifa Sani died 22 years and 06 months under the Islamic Calendar after making the claim of being the Musleh Maoud of the era, he did not complete the requirement of 23 years! Further, since Khalifa Sani met with a severe attack on his jugular vein during this period, Janbah Sahib argues that the Qur’anic punishment of divine wrath for a false claimant is fulfilled in his case (God Forbid).        

Such simplistic analysis of a profound spiritual issue could have been dismissed as the fabrication of a deluded mind but for the proponent of this idea claiming to speak on the basis of divine guidance. Since the Holy Qur’an is with us even today, any one who speaks to be inspired by Allah, the Most High ought to confirm the message of the Holy Qur’an and not to go against the grain of divine wisdom contained in the Holy Book.

Mubahila Challenge to Janbah Sahib

In a speech after Esha Prayers on June 17, 2011, Hadhrat Khalifatullah Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib of Mauritius challenged Abdul Ghaffar Janbah Sahib of Germany (the man who claims to be the Mujaddid of the Century- Photo down below) to a Mubahila duel.

The challenge came in the backdrop of the latter’s rejection of the divine mission of the Khalifatullah. Further, Janbah Sahib has been maligning the reputation of Hadhrat Khalifa Sani Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmud Ahmad (ra) and is propagating that he met with an accursed death because of his claim of being the Musleh Maoud”. 

In the Friday sermon of January 21, 2011, Hadhrat Khalifatullah called the attention of the Janbah group to the deep mistakes they were making in the matter and asked them to desist from pursuing with the smear campaign against a servant of Allah and to read the Holy Qur’an profoundly so as not to fall prey to the passions of man. The sermon was in the context of what Janbah Sahib replied personally to Shabeeb Hanif Sahib of Kerala.

On March 13, 2011, Mansoor Ahmed Sahib, a disciple of Janbah Sahib issued a response to the Friday Sermon of January 21 with a grand title, "Lion of God".  Hadhrat Khalifatullah promptly refuted both the disciple and his leader on March 25, 2011. Hadhrat Sahib further invited Janbah Sahib to come forward in a challenge. 

In articles published here at the Sahih Al Islam Blog, on May 02-03, 2011, we have shown the falsity of the argument that the Qur’anic Law regarding the punishment of false claimants of divine revelations is fulfilled in the case of Hadhrat Khalifa Sani (ra). Subsequently, Mansoor Ahmed sahib issued a refutation on May 17, 2011 at their official website even as Janbah Sahib remained behind the curtains.

Time has now come to unmask a satanic theory and its proponents and to distinguish the “Lion of God” from “religious criminals”.

In Defence of Khalifa Sani (ra)- IV


In a recent article, Mansoor Ahmed Sahib (a disciple of Abdul Ghaffar Janbah Sahib of Germany, the man who claims to be the Mujaddid of the Fifteenth Century and the Imam of the Age), has responded to the first part of my essay “In Defence of Hadhrat Khalifa Sani (ra)- I & II, published here at the Sahih Al Islam Blog, on May 02- 03, 2011. This is the concluding part of my response, the first installment of which was posted here on June 19, 2011.

Mansoor Ahmed Sahib agrees that Khalifa Sani lived, after making the claim of being the Musleh Maoud, for a period of 22 years and six months under the Islamic calendar. Can anyone really argue the case that some one who has completed 22 years and reached the 23rd year and even crossed the half way mark of the year, did not meet the requirement of the time period? We have now an historically- unprecedented spiritual situation. For the first time in the history of mankind, a fake claimant to divine revelations was allowed by Allah to reach the twenty third year of his life having completed 22 years and six months!

Admittedly, Khalifa Sani had ailments in his old age, as any other human being of his age and physical condition. But the important question is this:  Has Allah, the Exalted given any immunity from age-related ailments for this claimant to Imam of the Age? Has he got any guarantee from Allah, the Most High that he would live over 22 years and six months after making the claim to divine revelations? The Holy Qur’an says: “And as for the bounty of your Lord do relate it to others” (93:12). If Janbah Sahib has indeed received such a bounty, why is he not proclaiming it?

In Defence of Hadhrat Khalifa Sani (ra)- III


Abdul Ghaffar Janbah Sahib of Germany, the man who claims to be the Mujaddid of the Fifteenth Century and the Imam of the Age, has a disciple by the name of Mansoor Ahmed Sahib.  In a recent article, the latter has responded to the first part of my essay In Defence of Hadhrat Khalifa Sani (ra)- I& II, published here at the Sahih Al Islam Blogspot, on May 02- 03, 2011

From the response article [available at their website: www.alghulam.com ], it is absolutely clear:  The entire claim of Janbah Sahib hangs precariously on a string of a feeble, single argument: that Hadhrat Khalifa Sani (ra) completed only 22 years and six months after claiming to be the Musleh Maoud and did not complete 23 years as per the Qur’anic Law on the subject as perceived by him!

The term “satanic theory” was used in my essay to describe Janbah Sahib’s theory to malign the reputation of Hadhrat Khalifa Sani (ra). Now Mansoor Ahmed Sahib has taken righteous indignation at the use of the term “satanic theory”. He seems to think, wrongly in my opinion, that the term “satanic theory” has been used in the essay to describe the very Qur’anic principle in this regard. Willful misrepresentation or deliberate distortion cannot be the objective or the intention of a believer. So, I assume that the writer is under a genuine misconception about the issue. Let me explain it for him.

Zaki Ghulam: Open Challenge to Janbah Sahib


In articles published here on May 02-03, 2011, we have dismantled Abdul Gaffer Janbah Sahib’s theory that Khalifa Sani met with divine punishment for false claimants of revelation. We concluded that by all rational considerations, the case of Khalifa Sani cannot be included in that category. The analysis clearly showed that Janbah Sahib has failed to understand the real importance and objective of the Qur’anic verses on divine punishment for fake claimants in spite of claiming to be the Imam of the Age.

In his Friday sermon of March 25, 2011, Hadhrat Khalifathullah Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib once again explained the fallacies in the argument of Janbah Sahib and his disciple Mansoor Ahmad Sahib who wrote the essay "Lion of God". Hadhrat Khalifathullah then publicly challenged Abdul Ghaffer Janbah Sahib who claims to be the Mujaddid of the Age to show the courage of conviction and come out in the open and enter “the battlefield” and categorically stated thatwe shall see whom Allah shall support and help”.

Divine Punishment on Khalifa Sani: A Response

On 10th March 1954, Hadhrat Khalifa Sani Mirza Bashir-ud-Din Mahmud Ahmad (ra) met with a serious attack on his life. 

According to Abdul Ghaffar Janbah Sahib of Germany who claims to be the Mujaddid of the new Century and the real (one and only) ‘Musleh Maoud’ as per the prophecy on ‘Zaki Ghulam’, the life-altering severe attack on the second caliph confirms that he was a fake claimant to the position, based on Qur'anic prophecies on the Divine treatment of false claimants. Based on this ‘insight’ on the Holy Qur’an, ‘the Imam of the Age’ has come up with a theory on the divine punishment to false claimants. In this article, we shall surgically examine the implications of his theory and the consequences of its application in the case of Khalifa Sani.   

Let us first state what we may call the jugular vein-cutting theory of Janbah Sahib.   According to Janbah Sahib,

a) “The cut off of life-artery of a false claimant of recipient of divine revelation is the clear proof of his being the liar”.

b)  “This humble self say here that above mentioned this Quranic decree of cutting off life-artery with its severe manifestation was fulfilled on Khalifa Sani”

Janbah Sahib's Allegations on Khalifa Sani

Abdul Ghaffar Janbah Sahib of Germany claims to be the Mujaddid of the Fifteenth Century of Islamic Calendar. Yet, his claim to the august office is dripping with the blood of a holy man of God: His grand theory of Zaki Ghulam is built upon cutting the jugular vein of Hadhrat Mirza Basheer-ud-Din Mahmud Ahmad (ra), second Khalifa in the Ahmadiyya Community who once claimed he was elevated to the position of Musleh Maoud’ by Allah, the Most High based on His commitment/glad tidings vouchsafed to his illustrious biological (and spiritual) father, the Promised Massih Hadhrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as) of Qadian. 

According to Janbah Sahib, the second caliph was not a 'Zaki Ghulam' (pure son) or the 'Musleh Maoud' (Promised Reformer) as foretold in the revelations vouchsafed to the Massih Maoud (as). He was, in the viewpoint of Janbah Sahib, a fake claimant. Janbah Saheb theorizes that for making the 'false' claim of being a fulfillment of Divine prophecies, the second caliph of the Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya (Qadian) was punished by God Almighty. In support of his claim, the Janbah Sahib points to his own claim of being the real "Musleh Moaud". His apparent evidence is the incident of a life-altering, stab attack on the second caliph in 1954, by an impressinable youth who was brainwashed by the scheming Mullahs of Pakistan that committing of murder (assassination of the second caliph) is the way to Heaven.   

That the second caliph had to deal with the aftermath of a violent attack on his life is a fact of history. The grievous injury on his neck was of such a nature that survival from it was almost impossible; a miracle as stunning as the deliverance from the Cross of the man of God, the escape of the Messaih Jesus (as).  

Janbah sahib points out that after making the claim of being the ‘Musleh Maoud’, the second caliph eventually died within a period of 23 years. He argues by linking these two factors to establish / prove that the second caliph met with an accursed death of a false claimant of Divine revelations. Janbah Sahib further links the truthfulness of the claim of Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib (atba) of Mauritius as the Muhyi-ud-Din/ Khalifatullah/Messenger of Allah of this age, is inextricably intertwine with the truthfulness of the second caliph (ra). Janbah Sahib has however, then, sought to create a barrier between them by accusing the Khalifa Sani of having met with an accursed death.

The hollowness of the basic claim of Abdul Ghaffar Janbah Sahib was exposed by Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib (atba) of Mauritius, in his Friday Sermon of January 21, 2011. In response to a question by Shabeeb Haneef Sahib of Kerala in this regard, Mansoor Ahmad Sahib of the Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya Islah Pasand/ the party of Janbah sahib, has once again presented this satanic theory and the same was published online at their website recently with the title: “Lion of God”.
