Tarbiyyat Lessons- 15

 

If you're reading this, then, say:

 

‘Allahumma Inni As-alukal Afiyah!’

 

This is Afiyah. You have now made Duah to save yourself from affliction, to be healthy, to have enough money, to live, to have your children protected and to be granted forgiveness with no punishment.

About ‘Surah Al Ikhlas’,

the Holy Prophet (sa) states:

‘By the one in whose hand is my soul,

 it is equal to a third of the Qur’an.’ (Bukhari 4726).

 

Read this Surah to gain benefits.

‘O Messenger of Allah, l love this Chapter:

'Say: He is Allah, the One.'

The Messenger of Allah (sa) said:

‘Your love for it will admit you into Paradise.’ 

(Bukhari 742)

 

‘Whoever recites the entire Chapter

'He is Allah, the One’

 Ten times,

Allah will build a place for him in Paradise'

(Musnad Ahmad 15610).

Read this Duah every day before sleeping:

 

‘Allahumma Inni As'aluka Husnal Khatima’

O Allah, l ask you for a good end to my life.

 

Allahhumma Rzuqni Taubatan Nasuha Qablal Maut.

O Allah, grant me sincere repentance before death.

Ya Muqallib al-Quloob

Thabbit Qalbi 'Ala Deenik.

 

O Changer of the Hearts!

Strengthen my heart upon Your Religion.

Duah for Travelling

 

Subhanallazi Sakhkhara lana

haaza wama kunna,

Lahoo muqrineen,

Wa inna ila Rabbina Lamunqalibun.

 

Glory to Him,

Who created this transportation for us,

though we could not create ourselves.

And to our Lord, we shall return.
