The Deceit of the Fifth Caliph

Can a Prophet or a Mujaddid still appear? Where does the Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya (Qadian) stand today on the question of the appearance of a servant of God in this era? Can someone appear with Divine revelations in the presence of the Electoral Assembly-elected Khalifatul Massih system in the Nizam-e-Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya? These questions are of vital importance for spiritual seekers who worship only Allah (swt) and are eager to follow revealed guidance concerning His commandments. We are living in 1445 AH; the Fifteenth Century of the blessed Hijrah era; 45 years have gone by in the present Century of Islamic Calendar. Can a Mujaddid appear in the times of the elected Caliph in the Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya in this new era, a century after the death and departure of the Promised Messiah Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as) of Qadian [1835-1908]?

Many thoughtful Ahmadis today seek answers for the aforesaid questions in their own midst, despite being deeply aware of the limits of the current system of leadership in the Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya to honestly and frankly address the same. On his part, instead of guiding people on the reality of Divine guidance,  the present Caliph, Khalifatul Massih V Mirza Masroor Ahmad Saheb, has been evading and avoiding this question for long through adopting evasive strategies; often ridiculing the intelligence of the questioners and attributing motives to truth seekers who raise this issue of Divine guidance. Against the lessons of history, and the manifest wisdom of Prophetic teachings on the advent of a Mujaddid in a new century of Islam, the Fifth Caliph has been challenging common sense- claiming that Nizam-e-Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya is enough for spiritual guidance for the whole world of Islam even in the new century, and there is no need for a Divinely-inspired Mujaddid for the same!

Massih Maoud Day 2023

Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam International commemorates the 10th of September every year as the Massih Maoud Day. It was on this day in the year 2010 that the divine servant of our times and the Supreme Head of the Jamaat Hazrat Muhyiuddin Al Khalifatullah Munir Ahmad Azim (aba) of Mauritius made the important announcement concerning the Divine command to proclaim himself as the spiritual representative of this era: the Mujaddid and Massih Maoud of this era, reinforcing the great chain of the Elects of God from the dawn of history to the present, Subhaan Allah, Alhamdulillah, Allah-u-Akbar!

To mark the 13th Anniversary of the Holy Proclamation, Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam in India organized a number of special programmes. In Kerala and Tamil Nadu, Tarbiyyat programmes were organized by the respective branches for the benefit of members on the occasion, Alhamdulillah. In Tamil Nadu at the Sirajum Munir Masjid, Amir Janab Saleem Sahib led the special session.

In Kerala, Amir Jamaluddin Sahib made the lead speech on the occasion.

In a message to the Kerala Jamaat ahead of the programme at the historic Noor’ul Islam Masjid-Mathra, Hazrat Khalifatullah (aba) wrote:

‘Bismillah-ir-Rahim-ir-Rahim

The Fate of Muslims & Unity

“… when guidance comes to you from Me, whoever follows it, there will be no fear for them, nor will they grieve.” (Al-Baqarah, 2: 39)

“Fight them until persecution is no more, and religion is all for Allah. But if they cease, then Allah sees all that they do, but if they pay no heed, be sure that Allah is your Protector; the best Protector and the best Helper!” (Al-Anfal, 8: 40-41)

The times we are living are difficult times for Islam. While those who sow hatred against Islam are doing their best to destroy the true path that leads to Allah The Almighty, on the other hand, Allah is inspiring other hearts to accept Islam. Through the satanic plans of the hate-mongers who sow hatred against Islam – whereby they have devised strategies to picture the religion of Islam as a terrorist religion, but Allah is devising another vaster plan, for the great victory of Islam.

The Rope of Allah- 2

'And hold firmly to the rope of Allah and do not be divided. Remember Allah’s favour upon you when you were enemies, then He united your hearts, so you - by His grace - became brothers. And you were at the brink of a fiery pit and He saved you from it. This is how Allah makes His revelations clear to you, so that you may be (rightly) guided.' (Al-e-Imran, 3: 104)

This verse of the Quran calls you every time. And you will not be able to achieve this without passing through Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh). That is why in the Quran and also in the Hadiths, more instructions are given to have Muhabbat (love) for Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh). And after that, the subject that comes is that there needs to be a link between the two [for one another]. This is not a separate matter. They are branches of one central subject. As you progress further in this matter, there are still many open paths and many beautiful views ahead. It is like a tree that has its roots well planted in the earth and its branches spread out and each branch shows its own beauty, its own greenery. But despite showing their beauty separately, they are always part of the same tree. And they cannot be separated from their tree. It is exactly the same for the Ummah of Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh). And this is how the Ummah is spread. It blooms and propagates and develops. And all of us together - all Muslims - we are branches of one single being. I try to clarify this subject in reference to the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam, the Jamaat that Allah has given me to bring this unity, to re-establish this Islam. Put in your mind that you are the only beings that are part of me. So: “O green branches of my own being! I am the tree that regained life after receiving water and food from Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh). And I saw a new spring. O people of the Jamaat who are connected with me, you are the flourishing branches of my tree.”

India @ 77: A Special Message

In a special message sent to the Hon’ble President of India, Mrs. Droupadi Murmu, Imam- Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam International Hazrat Muhyiuddin Al Khalifatullah Munir Ahmad Azim (aba) of Mauritius shared the greetings of peace and good wishes for the great people of India on the occasion of the nation’s 77th Independence Day.

At almost 1.4 billion, India is the world’s most populous nation and largest democracy, with the people professing a multitude of faiths and observing diverse cultural traditions and food practices, and speaking numerous languages in distinct regions. The country is bound together by a Constitution drafted by the leaders of the national movement that fought for independence from British imperialism. Indeed the nation’s constitutional norms reflect the values of the great struggle for freedom and equality in India, and celebrate the dignity and rights of the people in their incredible diversity. However, with the increasing assertion of total dominance by the majoritarian ruling dispensation  and its tactics of pitting the dominant community against the minorities, the original social contract of federal distribution of powers as well as individual  rights is fraying at the seams today. The great occasion of national independence is a time for all Indians not only to do thanksgiving, expressing gratitude for God’s mercy on this ancient land, but also to do deep soul-searching in a spirit of humility and prayer for guidance for the nation in the crossroads of time.

Hazrat Imam Muhyiuddin Al Khalifatullah’s special message on the auspicious occasion of the celebration of freedom in India is also a gentle reminder of the duty and responsibility of nations- large and small- to embrace the diversity created by God in this world and to abide by the fundamental human values of peaceful coexistence and shared living in our multicultural world.

'Ummah': The Rope of Allah

'And hold firmly to the rope of Allah and do not be divided. Remember Allah’s favour upon you when you were enemies, then He united your hearts, so you - by His grace - became brothers. And you were at the brink of a fiery pit and He saved you from it. This is how Allah makes His revelations clear to you, so that you may be (rightly) guided.' (Al-e-Imran, 3: 104)

Take hold of the rope of Allah together as one united body. Not one by one, No! But take hold of it collectively. In fact, this refers to the verse of the Quran that I have just recited before you and which I have developed previously in many of my sermons, speeches and books.

Now I want to draw special attention to what is said in the Quran, whereby Allah does not mention “Catch or Hold” the rope, but rather says “Grip firmly to/ Hold fast to” the rope collectively. This is the answer to many people who say, ‘We are good Muslims, we have firmly grasped the Quran, we are doing everything that Allah has told us to do and we are not doing anything that Allah has forbidden us to do and we are following every teaching, so why is the need for a community, why do we need to attach ourselves with a Jamaat (as one Community of Believers)?’

In one word, the Quran gives the answer. Allah says that it is not enough for you to lay down your hand to touch and hold the Quran individually. You need to hold this book collectively, as a Jamaat, so that the Oneness of Allah is manifested in this world as well. Just like Allah is One, thus all the people who believe in Him should also become One (united). I am dealing with this subject in reference to Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh), (for all of you) to put the Quran into practice directly, where it will be possible only when a person gains knowledge of the Quran directly. In order to do everything that the Quran and the Holy Prophet (pbuh) have commanded us to do and to refrain from what they have forbidden us to do, it is necessary to have a deep knowledge of the Quran. We need to have this deep knowledge to put those teachings into practice in the way that Allah wants.
