During the recently concluded India Tour, Imam- Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam Hazrat Muhyi-ud-Din Al Khalifatullah Munir Ahmad Azim Saheb (atba) of Mauritius addressed the special Ijtema of the Siraj Makin- the Women's Collective of the Tamil Nadu Jamaat, on 24 November 2018 (Rabi’ul Awwal 1440 AH). Reproduced below is the text of the Speech:
The Believing Women of the Divine Manifestation
Dear Suruj Makin (i.e. the Strong and Firm Lamps of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam), Assalamoualaikum
Warahmatullah Wabarakaatuhu.
Like
your God-given name indicates, you are such ladies who need always
show yourselves strong and firm in faith and also spread this
firmness of faith around you, showing the world the beauty of Islam,
the true faith.
It
is now one year that the light of the Divine Manifestation has
reached your good souls and Allah enabled you to accept His signs and
Messenger. And more recently, by the immense grace of Allah, many of
you have integrated the Jamaat, through various signs from Allah.
Allah opened your hearts to accept this New Age’s Divine
Manifestation. Now, a new avenue (i.e. path) has been opened for you
to pave your way in all serenity (i.e. with peacefulness and firmness
in faith) towards Allah and the accomplishments of your duties to
Allah.
Always
remember that you, the women of the Divine Manifestation are the
foundation of tomorrow’s nation. Each one of you is important to
the Jamaat of Allah and to ISLAM as a whole. Through your
obedience, gentleness, devotion, knowledge and sacrifice, you can
reach to the summit of faith. Be it in good times and in times of
trials you need always be steadfast (i.e. patient) and keep your
trust and faith in Allah and His Khalifatullah of this era ever firm.
Remember,
your actions are responsible for the Good and the Bad in the world.
Your thoughts are responsible for your actions. Your minds are
responsible for your thoughts. So, if you nurture good thoughts in
your mind, and transcribe (i.e. put) these good thoughts and
intentions into practice, then Islam shall progress in leaps and
bounds, going from success to success.
As
creatures and servants of Allah you have certain duties towards your
homes, your parents and husbands and children, as well as to the
religion of Allah. Fortunate are those women who take care of their
parents and husbands in the best way possible, and grow their
children with the right teachings and upbringing as ordained in Islam
by Allah and His Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh).
Allah
says in the Holy Quran: “Indeed,
the Muslim men and Muslim women, the believing men and believing
women, the obedient men and obedient women, the truthful men and
truthful women, the patient men and patient women, the humble men and
humble women, the charitable men and charitable women, the fasting
men and fasting women, the men who guard their private parts and the
women who do so, and the men who remember Allah often and the women
who do so - for them Allah has prepared forgiveness and a great
reward.” (Surah Al-Ahzab, 33: 36).
Therefore,
if you are true to your duties which Allah has ordained for you in
this life, then everything will be all right. Humankind, to be more
precise, tomorrow’s generation shall bring prosperity to ISLAM
and HUMANITY. Be a good representation of Islam in your homes,
amidst family members, your neighbourhood and within the Jamaat and
society at large, and Insha-Allah, work towards perfecting it
by your good deeds and sacrifices in the way of Allah.
Spend
of what Allah has given you in His path also. Spend on your parents,
husbands and children and do not forget to spend for the cause of
Allah also, for the Jamaat of Allah, for the progress of Islam
throughout India and the world. Your sacrifices in the path of Allah
is essential (very important). Islam needs your sacrifices for
tomorrow’s prosperity. Spend, even if it is as little as one rupee;
save every rupee or as much as you can afford so that tomorrow you
may have a large sum to spend for the cause of Allah, whenever Allah
and His Khalifatullah (atba) call you for financial sacrifice.
Remember,
these sacrifices is not to enrich us as individuals, but to enrich us
as a Jamaat, as a united body of Islam with the common goal for
establishing the truth of Allah and inviting people towards Allah,
towards Tawhid (the Unity of Allah).
Today
you may be few, but tomorrow, you shall see a large crowd of
believers, men, women and children come forward to embrace the Divine
Truth. You shall be like the guiding teachers for them, showing them
the right way. But before that time comes, you should refine
yourselves in Islam. There is much good in you, and you should make
this goodness shine through your good deeds, and help in the Divine
Cause.
May
Allah accept your efforts in His path. May Allah bless you, and help
you, especially all of you who are able to do translation works, to
devote your time for this great work for the benefit of seekers of
truth in India and around the world. May Allah always accept you as
sincere and true to His cause, and help you in your everyday lives
and enable you to be of great service to Islam, Jamaat Ul Sahih Al
Islam, Insha-Allah, Ameen.
