Prophecies of Munir Ahmad Azim

He is the Knower of the unseen; and He reveals not His secrets to any one,

Except to him whom He chooses, namely a Messenger of His. And then He causes an escort of guarding angels to go before him and behind him (HQ, 72: 27-28)

The Holy Qur'an, thus, emphatically states that only Divine servants/Messengers of Allah/ Prophets of God have access to some finer elements of the Knowledge of the Unseen (Ilm-e-Ghiab), based on whatever information the Most Holy Lord chose to share with them. Even here, the chosen servants of God are revealed only parts of the information pertaining to the future events, out of what Allah (swa) choose to reveal to him/them.

There are several verses in the Qur'an that reinforce this message of humility of the Divine servants who do not claim to know the events of the future in general, except what Allah reveals to them.  It states: "And with Him are the keys of the unseen treasures-- none knows them but He" (6:59).

When someone claims to be in communion with the Divine and has access to the exquisite and sublime presence of the Lord Almighty in this age, truth seekers become curious to learn about the lofty messages descending down upon such a chosen servant of God Almighty. Recently, a Muslim brother has raised a question: Are there instances of fulfillment of prophecies made by Hadhrat Khalifatullah Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib (atba) of Mauritius in the last decade?

The Divine Manifestation of the new Millennium and the new century of Islam in the person of Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib (atba) of Mauritius has crossed an important landmark, with the passage of time, of a decade of its existence. In spite of the extraordinarily adverse reactions from the mundane establishment within the Jamaat-e- Ahmadiyya and malicious attempts to stifle the common Ahmadis' desire to engage and understand the Divine reality, the caravan of Allah’s Khalifa and Massih of the era straddles the earth with the message of Divine Love. For the benefit of this brother and others who are in search of truth, we would like to mention some of the prophecies that have already materialized. All praise belongs to the Almighty Alone!

(a) On 09 September 2001, Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib (atba) informed Zafrullah Domun Sahib and other persons of the impendent wrath of Allah on America, and the mention has also been made of Pentagon (something will happen to the Pentagon). Two days after, the World Trade Center and Pentagon went in smoke!

The Natural Law for the Progress of Man

In his Friday Sermon of November 11, 2011 Khalifatullah Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib (atba) of Mauritius spoke on a law of nature- the linkages between individual enterprise and societal progress. For, the flowering of individual capabilities and qualities are the bedrock on which nations advance swiftly to progress and achievement. The Khalifatullah (atba) reminds us that physical and intellectual development cannot be separated from moral and spiritual progress.  Hence, believers are urged to pay attention to the holistic development of their skills and traits covering the entire spectrum of capabilities and faculties: develop your talents to the highest degree”, exhorts the Khalifatullah.

Read the extracts from the Sermon:

The real achievements of a man are the faculties granted to him by Allah, and the total sum of collective achievements of individuals constitutes the real wealth of the nation. Every species to some extent reflects the attributes of God, but most of these reflections occur in humans. Therefore, the human species is considered the noblest of creation.

Man is endowed with different qualities, each contributing in a different proportion to his personality. His faculties are inherent physical, intellectual, moral and spiritual, but can be deployed gradually since many factors affect their development. With its mother the child is already beginning to exercise its powers (faculties) only to be helped (afterwards) in its development by his father. A healthy environment will facilitate its evolution to a large extent. However, man shall only be able to showcase his inherent talents and abilities through his own efforts and attendance. All men have not inherited the same capabilities and these capacities are not unlimited.

QURBANI: The Gift of Divine Blessings

[In an article published at Le Mauricien Newspaper on November 07, 2011 Khalifatullah Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib of Mauritius reflected on the spiritual significance of ‘Qurbani’, an important component of the festival of Eid-ul-Adha in Islam. Besides commemorating an instance of extraordinary submission to the Will of Allah displayed by two servants of Allah, Qurbani underscores the need for every human being to be ready to do sacrifices in the pursuit of attaining salvation and the pleasure of Allah, points out the Khalifatullah. For the benefit of everyone, we are reproducing the article below].

And We gave him (Abraham) the glad tidings of a very gentle son (Ishmael). And when he reached the age of travelling with him, he said: ‘My son, while I was sleeping I saw that I shall slaughter (sacrifice) you, tell me what is your opinion.’ He replied: ‘Father, do as you are ordered (by Allah). Allah willing, you shall find me one of those who are steadfast.’ And when they had both submitted, and his son had laid down prostrate upon his forehead, We called to him, saying: ‘O Abraham, you have confirmed your vision. ‘As such We recompense the good-doers. That was indeed a clear trial. So, We ransomed him with a mighty sacrifice.” (Quran 37:102-108)

Qurbani (Udhiya) or sacrifice dates back to the time of Prophet Abraham (on him be peace) when Allah asked him to sacrifice his only son, Prophet Ishmael (on him be peace) so as to test his sincerity and faith in Him. The help and encouragement from his son – who did not hesitate to give up his life for the sake of Allah (Almighty God) – made Prophet Abraham accomplish his duty towards his Creator without a single hesitation. Had he not said: “I submit myself to the Lord of the worlds”? (Quran 2:133)
