O Allah!
Your poor servants have come
to inquire about Your favours.
May they inherit Paradise
by virtue of the blessings of fasting.
That they may have the honour
of gazing at You in Paradise,
thus soothing their
aching hearts.
May You forgive us all our sins
through the blessings of Taraawih.
May You thus keep the Ummah of Muhammad (pbuh)
under Your protection.
Have mercy on us,
O the One filled with mercy.
Soften our hearts
with the
blessings of fasting.
It is certainly the most glorious month
among all other months,
the month in which
Allah revealed the Holy Book (Qur'an).
O Allah!
By the benefits of the reading of the Qur'an,
Protect the believers
against daily misfortunes.
O Allah!
Grant us the benefits
of the glorious night of Qadr
And make the
torments of the grave less atrocious upon us.
You are the One
who hides the sins of others
And You are also the Greatest Forgiver
while we are sinners
full of shortcomings. [Ameen].
It is You who provides for everyone's needs
Because it is You who controls the
existence of all creation.
Remove our hearts from evil deeds
And grant us Your forgiveness out of love for
Nabi (pbuh).
When You measure my good and bad deeds
on the Day of Judgment,
May You cover up my sins
so that others cannot humiliate me.
O Allah!
Out of love for Your revered Prophet (pbuh),
May You grant the supplications
of these repentant sinners.
