23 Years of the Divine Manifestation

On Sunday, the 7th of January 2024, Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam International convened a special programme to mark the completion of the first 23 years of the present Divine Manifestation in the person of Hazrat Muhyiuddin Al Khalifatullah Munir Ahmad Azim (aba) of Mauritius. The blessed programme, organized and hosted by the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam- Tamil Nadu and its dynamic Amir Mukarram Khwajah Muhyiuddin Saleem Saheb, included Tilawat-e-Qur’an, Nazms, speeches by senior Jamaat officials as well as the narration of spiritually-infused visions and dreams and revelations by members of the pious Household, and a final address by Hazrat Saheb (aba), Subhaan Allah, Alhamdulillah, Allah-u-Akbar!

For common Jamaat members like this humble writer, it was a day of gratefulness and thanksgiving to Allah (swt). As Muslims who follow the timeless teachings of the Holy Qur’an, and the deep insights of the Holy Prophet’s sacred practice as the correct and straight path- the religion of Allah; we recognize that the raising of an Elect of God among the people is an enduring Divine practice, a Sunnat Allah, in every era. Allah (swt) granted us a practical role model and exemplar of the spiritual Way, especially in an era and at a time when most people grope in the darkness of ignorance, misbeliefs and superstitions, doubts, and despair. Hence, the raising of a Mujaddid in our troubled times is an example of pure Divine grace and mercy in our perspective. And He granted us an extraordinary blessing by enabling us to recognize His chosen manifestation in our midst, Alhamdulillah, Summa Alhamdulillah.

As believers, we do not make any distinction among God’s prophets and messengers and other Imams He raises with His own Hands, teaching and guiding them with revelations and special signs in favour of their truthfulness, and we celebrate all their spiritual titles as illustrations of God’s love and favours on His chosen ones- Khalilullah, Khalifatullah, Imam, Nabi, Rasul, etc. More than anything else, in this era, we recognize the singular significance of a great Divine Grace, i.e. the coming of an ‘Abdullah’ [a servant of God] as our spiritual leader and chief, who invites and reminds us constantly about the Divine Way as a Dai-Ila-Allah, calling our attention to the prescriptions and prohibitions of Divine commands and the Prophetic Sunnah. We understand that the sermons and discourses of the Khalifatullah empower us to embrace the light of guidance and bring about personal reforms and community progress. As believers, we accept that it is by following the path of spiritual rectitude, and obedience to pure wisdom that one can hope to gain the blessings of Divine approval and His pleasure, Insha Allah.

Bai’at with the Khalifatullah

For most people, it is not easy to comprehend and accept the spiritual rank and station of a man of God who comes with the support of God and speaks with the help of the Roohul Quddus, and who is unlike anyone we normally encounter in everyday life. By entering into a covenant with the elect of God of our times, the Bai’at with the Khalifatullah; the believers have made the crucial, correct first step by pledging to obey him and follow him in the Divine Way in all that is good. May Allah (swt) enable folks to comprehend and recognize the exalted spiritual station of the Divine Manifestation of our era- it is by being grateful to God by accepting His chosen ones and their guidance that the followers gain God’s approval and pleasure, Insha Allah, Aameen.

‘Arise and Create a New World’

Our commitment to prioritize ‘Faith above the World’ and to the reconstruction of a New World Order in place of the broken world order entails constant striving, and that we face the tests and trials of life that will inevitably come in this mighty striving, with humility and courage, wisdom and prudence, patience and steadfastness, spiritual hope and absolute trust in God, Insha Allah. If we go by the Qur’anic theory of rise and fall of nations, we see that the moral fibre, the spirit of fairness and just dealings shape the destiny of peoples. May we always enjoin good, and forbid evil, be it in our own midst or in the wider society. May we able to speak truth to power and stand up for justice, fairness and compassion for all of God’s creations in the human environment.

Like our beloved Imam (aba) frequently reminds us, saying and doing are two different things. As believers, it is vital for us to keep track of our duties and responsibilities at every level, individually, in our relations with spouses and children in the family, in the community, in the society, in the expanding circles of human relations, etc. May we always remember the conditions of Bai’at we have agreed to uphold on the day we joined the Sheikh-ul-Islam, the Muhyiuddin through the promise of a relationship like no other in this world. May we strive tirelessly and steadfastly in our spiritual life and may our good deeds speak for us, and may Allah (swt) forgive and overlook our misdeeds and wrongdoings, Insha Allah, Aameen, Summa Aameen Ya Rabb'il Aalameen.

Bismillah-ir-Rahman-ir-Rahim

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakaatuh.

We are indeed blessed to be reunited today, the members of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam of India and the Headquarters of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam International here in Mauritius to celebrate a great milestone of the present Divine Manifestation.

At a dire time when the world needed guidance and the divine light to break through the darkness of evil and corruption, Allah sent His special envoy, His Khalifatullah, a Messenger from Him for the reform  of the world, to bring us all back to the dogma of the unity of Allah.

When we look back at the origin of Islam – at the time of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (saw), we see with our inner eye the struggle of a man of humble means, known to be analphabetic – neither knowing how to read and write – and Allah used him as His mediator to the world and decreed him as His most perfect law-bearing prophet, the one to have come with the most important revelations and divine laws of all times, i.e. the Holy Quran.

And the message he brought was very  clear: Worship One God. The Real God.

And it was with this aim of propagating this Divine Unity– which he successfully did   through the Will of Allah – that he spent  23 years of his life in doing so. Like for all prophets, his life took  a new turn when in deep meditation in the   Cave of Hira, he was blessed with the  Holy Spirit who came through the Will of  Allah to give him his first revelation, the first word of which was: “Iqra” Read!

An angel was asking a man not knowing   to read and write to read. His only option  was to recite behind that great Angel, Hazrat Jibreel (as). How fortunate that humble man, meek of heart was when Allah chose him as His Messenger and poured down Divine Revelations on him.

I know that most Muslim believers would have witnessed to live during such times and to witness with their own eyes those signs, revelations and miracles upon Hazrat Muhammad (saw)! But lots of Muslims don’t realise that were this to be fulfilled, would they have behaved like the evil Quraishs or the Blessed First Believers. Nobody knows except Allah! To each people on earth till this day, Allah has reserved some trials as well as rewards so that He may test their mettle and see who are those people who are truly sincere in their faith, and will remain sincere up till their last breath on earth!

Today, with the rise of the Divine Manifestation with the advent of a Khalifatullah, Munir Ahmad Azim (atba), Allah is giving each one of us in this blessed era the golden opportunity to strive to Him and to accede to His proximity.

How painful are the trials, but how sweet also are the rewards! As the International Sadr   Saheba and Ummul Mu'mineen of  this era, it is really an honour for me to be among the first of believers. Though   weak as I am, Allah has accepted my sacrifices for His  sake. Allah-u-Akbar!

I would like to share with you a dream which I saw a long time back on the subject of sacrifice for Allah. It was in and around the days of an Eid-ul-Adha, and at that time, I wanted to participate in Qurbani. I saw in a dream talking with Allah. I was all dressed in white and there were a lot of youths all in white as well, and I was telling Allah that no animal has been found for the sacrifice, but take me, O Allah as the sacrificial animal. Accept my sacrifice. - And I saw myself putting my neck on the cutting board to have myself physically sacrificed. Then I saw that all the youths came in line to have the tip of their fingers cut off.

Today, it is a selfless sacrifice that is  required from each  one of us, especially the youths. Don’t  forget that the Imam and Messenger of this era has preached about the Spirit of Sacrifice  the  sacrifice of your time, wealth, children  and own  persons.

During the golden years of Islam, the sincere Sahaba – men and women – proved with their deeds their sincerity. They showed that they cared for the Divine Cause. They were ever ready to protect Islam and the Prophet (saw) and to make history through their servitude in the Path of Allah. There was no difference between the rich and the poor. All were believers of same faith.

Today, you, my spiritual children are all so fortunate to witness a New Divine Manifestation, with the advent of a new Messenger, even though he is not a law-bearing Messenger and Prophet. Today, Islam has got its saviour who prays day and night for all of you, all of us. Be therefore ready to sacrifice your time for Islam, for Allah.

From his 40th year to his 63rd year as a Prophet of Allah, Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh) gave us so many guidelines on how to live our Islam, on how to truly submit to Allah. After him, the Promised Messiah Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as) and he and his followers also sacrificed a lot for the Cause of Deen-e-Islam. In that spirit of sacrifices, we do not forget the Mujaddid (Reformers) who came for the reform of Islam prior to the coming of the Promised Messiah, and after him as well. The Promised Messiah is not an end in himself. He was one of the chosen ones and other chosen ones have and will come for the reform of Islam. Insha-Allah.

Today, the Khalifatullah is amidst us all. It is the time of sacrifice, not to please humans like ourselves, but only to please Allah. Only Allah has the power to bring our sacrifices to the pinnacle (height) of His pleasure.

After 23 years of Divine Manifestations and Signs, it is the time to translate these messages into practice and to be really the representation of truth and sincerity for the sake of Allah.

The Khalifatullah (atba) has today reached his 63 years of existence on this temporary world, but we are gathered here not to celebrate a birthday, but rather a Thanksgivings Day to Allah for the exceptional Favour He bestowed us with when He chose us to be among the first of those in this era to have believed in His Chosen Messenger and Caliph, Hazrat Munir Ahmad Azim (atba). May Allah always bless him, and us all along with him to continue to selfless works for the Cause of Allah, in all humility and sincerity, Insha-Allah, Ameen.

Dream made on the night of Wednesday, 25 October 2023:

I met an old man, 70+. He had a son around 3/5 years who was very sick and incurable. He could not deal with him anymore. So he told me to cut his throat and let him die. I refused of course. But he was forcing me to do it. So I put the child on the table and took a sharp knife to slaughter him. But I couldn't do it when I saw the child's innocent face. Tears were rolling down my cheeks n heartbroken. I told the man that I didn't want to kill him. Allah has given him life so let Allah by Himself to give him death. So why do you want to take out his life. This is a murder, not a mercy killing. Let him live. May be he will be of great help to you one day. Finally, I didn't do that action and I started reciting the Takbir:

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar

Allah is Greatest, Allah is Greatest, Allah is Greatest;

Laa Ilaaha Illallahu Wallahu Akbar

There is no god but Allah, Allah is Greatest;

Allahu Akbar Wa Lillaahil Hamd

Allah is Greatest and to Him belong all praise.

Then I could see the event of Hazrat Ibrahim slaughtering his son Ismael. How painful is it to slaughter one’s own son!

Thank you for your attention. I pray that each one of you nourishes his or her faith everyday by keeping true to Allah and to Islam by recognising also the great favour which Allah has made for each one of you whereby He has enabled you to see, to witness the advent of one of His Messengers among you. Alhamdulillah.

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakaatuh.
