Become A 'Dai-i- Allah'

Dawat-i-AllahPart II

Inviting people to the Divine Path: Duties of Jamaat Members

There is a group or section of people who present themselves completely before the Jamaat and they do the Dawat-i-Allah. There is another group who devotes little time to it, and there are others who present forward their wealth – which indeed they have got through much efforts – before Allah and in this way they think that by doing so, they are proving their claim of being Dai-Illallah as true; but Allah says: “It is necessary to present forward your own selves also.”

In other words : “present your being before anything else.” That is why each member of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam who are sacrificing their wealth but who cannot sacrifice their time, as taught to us in the Quran, is as if he has accepted a handicapped religion. It is as if he does not have one leg. He is handicapped. To spend one’s wealth in the path of Allah is praiseworthy, there is no doubt in it, but this act is not complete. It is like you are walking with only one leg. To walk with your two legs, feeling like a whole, you must complete it with Dawat-i-Allah.

By citing the desires of the people of Islam to do the Dawat-i-Allah in the times of our beloved prophet (saws) and even in the times of the Promised Messiah (as), each Dai-i-Allah who is doing the Dawat-i-Allah should do it with lots of love and sincerity like the first Muslims and our noble prophet Muhammad (pbuh). Their beliefs were solid like concrete and in whatever position/ status they reached, be it at intellectual or non-intellectual level, or any other works for that matter, they gave preference to the Dawat-i-Allah. Their own (mundane) professions came after their spiritual works. They gave preference to the Dawat-i-Allah before the rest of works. They were ready to each become a Dai-i-Allah to obtain the love of Allah. To call people to Allah were their main work. So, today also in this era, all members of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam must also give preference to this work [Dawat-i-Allah] over all other works.

Each of you are a Dai-i-Allah

I am attracting the attention of all members of the Jamaat that you need to call all people of the world to Allah, the Eternal God. This is what the Dawat-i-Allah is all about. Calling people to Allah, not to the Khalifatullah. [It is a pity to see people calling people to other people. Nowadays there are Dargas everywhere. Women are barred from entering the Mosque while they are allowed to pray to dead Pirs, forsaking the worship of Allah in the mosque to pray dead entities! This is complete Shirk, and I don’t want that this kind of Shirk take form or happen in the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam. My mission is to bring people to Allah, not to me, and I want my followers also to do the same. The work of Dawa involves bringing people to understand the unity of Allah (Tawheed) and to pray Allah alone, to know the true religion of Allah – Islam].

O servants of Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh), O lovers of the religion of Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh), leave what you are presently doing and ponder over the works and responsibilities which you have to shoulder [in the way of Allah]. Each one of you are a Dai-i-Allah and you all have to account to Allah [one day]. Regardless of what profession you do, whatever job you are undertaking, in whatever nook and corner you are, and being in the company of people of any kind of religious denominations, your first and foremost duty is to call the world to Allah and to the Deen of Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh), i.e. you have to change darkness into light. You need to revive those people spiritually. You need to make lots of efforts so that you may succeed in this work [i.e. revival of the spiritually dead]. You need to input lots of efforts and pray a lot. When you make the necessary efforts and duahs, it is then that Allah shall come to your help and enable the revival of the spiritually dead. This is a work which shall continue till the Day of Judgement. Allah (swt) shall not let your efforts go to waste.

[Do not worry, if after your great efforts to bring people to the truth, to the path of Allah, to the Divine Manifestation, but then they leave on their own accord. Do not worry if someone, or two or three or more, after your great efforts leave the midst of the Divine Manifestation, when they have preferred to listen to the Satan/ Ibliss instead of holding fast to the truth coming from Allah. Allah knows that you have gone to great lengths to make them know the truth of the Divine Manifestation of this era. If ever they turn their backs, you shall not be accountable for them. They will have to account for their own disbelief (after having believed) for bear in mind, that Allah knows well the hearts of people. It may be that these people were hypocrites and could have created lots of problems for the Jamaat and Allah separated them from the midst of the true believers. Do not be discouraged. Your reward with Allah shall be great.]

Allah (swt) shall not let your efforts go to waste. There is great rewards in this noble work [Dawat-i-Allah], be it in this world and in the hereafter. Insha-Allah.

Members, Become A Dai-Ill-Allah

The times are long gone when we counted on only a few Dai-i-Allah to bring people to Allah. Now there is the need to make the children also become Dai-i-Allah (When I am saying this, I do not refer to babies who are still young and breastfeeding, but I am referring to children of at least 10 years old and beyond). There is a great wisdom when Allah and His Messenger (pbuh) have ordered that children of 7 years old should start praying and if when they reach the age of 10 years old and do not pray (perform the Salat), then their things should be kept separate from their parents. There is great wisdom in this. Like for prayer, when a child is initiated to the world of Dawat-i-Allah at a tender age [like this humble one who began doing tabligh and distributing Islamic literatures at the age of 7-8 years old], his whole being shall absorb that need for Dawat-i-Allah till he grows up and become adult. And when this happens, this child - man shall not be able to stay without doing Dawat-i-Allah. Therefore, children of at least ten years old should be taught to become good Dai-Illallah. The old people also, and even the sick who are bedridden can also participate in this blessed initiative. If they are not physically fit to do the Dawat-i-Allah, then they should at least participate in this great battle through their duahs (prayers).

Parents, Attach your children to the Spiritual Path

Each couple, or each parent in the Jamaat must know the importance and obligation of doing the Dawat-i-Allah. They need to work towards accomplishing this by doing lots of duahs so that Allah (swt) may give them spiritual children – children who are deeply attached to spirituality/ Islam. Couples who presently do not have any child should pray to Allah (swt) to give them such children who shall do the work of Dawat-i-Allah. You should pray with utmost devotion and sincerity to get such boon, and Insha-Allah you shall witness this great miracle. But if in your duah, there is no such love and expectation that when Allah shall give you a child and you shall not devote him/ her for the works of Dawat-i-Allah, then your duah shall have no effect before Allah. And if ever Allah gives you a child, then this child shall be a trial for you in the future.

[Bear in mind that in the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam, there is not such schemes like Waqfe Naw etc. to dedicate newborns to the works of the Jamaat. Parents should take their own initiatives to raise their children in the love of Allah and to have love for the works of Dawat-i-Allah.]

Every one should participate in Dawa.

Many of our members/ officials of the Jamaat in the different countries send their tabligh reports. They send such reports that you think that everything is alright, that one needs not to worry. But when the matter is probed further – and I need to say that there are some dynamic members who devote themselves a lot in the field of tabligh – then it is revealed that there are only few people who are doing the tabligh/ Dawa.

So, I tell these Jamaat (members of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam in the different countries) that you cannot hide anything on this subject from me, making as if all the Jamaat is doing tabligh. In my visits/ tours in the different countries, I have met these people and Allah (swt) had shown me who are those who are really doing the works of Dawat-i-Allah and who are those who are doing nothing. But when the reports come, they try to fool me by mentioning that the whole Jamaat (in their respective countries) is doing tabligh. This is not exact. Only few people are doing this very hard work and it is the fruits of their labour that the whole Jamaat is beneficiating. But these people are pretending that these are the fruits of the whole Jamaat’s cooperation. This is not true at all.

Therefore, the Amirs and Tabligh Secretaries must encourage each individual in the Jamaat to participate in the works of Dawat-i-Allah. This is a very important work, and it is in the future that we shall bear its fruits. We shall see its positive result later on in the future. Do Dawa and tabligh with the other people of other faiths, and also with those who are found in Islam as well, but who are not attached to the Deen-i-Islam. Attract them to Allah, show them the right path, and thus, you shall see Allah with you. May Allah bless you (make you Mubarak) in this noble work, and may you remain all the time sincere in this work. And always remain sincere to Allah and the Khalifatullah as well. Insha-Allah, Ameen.

I shall Insha-Allah continue on the same subject of Dawat-i-Allah next Friday as there are many aspects of the Dawat-i-Allah which each member of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam should know and reflect in their daily lives, and in their works of Dawat-i-Allah, Insha-Allah.
