“By the
grace of Allah, in our present times, Allah has made it that His message goes
through a website which is viewed round the world. There was a divine wisdom in
the past with the institution of the MTA (Muslim Television Ahmadiyya), but now
Allah has wanted to make the message of His Messenger to go round the world
through a website. Therefore with very limited means (and cost), the message of
Allah is going round the world. And this is one of the signs of the veracity of
the Messenger of Allah (his humble self) in this era.
The website as a means to pass on the message of
Allah is even more sophisticated than the MTA (and quicker to pass on the
Divine Message), compared to the times of the Promised Messiah (as). Through
this website, all sorts of Deen works are being done- all kinds of Jihad are being
fought through Open Letters, Refutations, Mubahala, Speeches (Written and Audio) and Books.
Therefore, “Jihad is not only with the
pen, not only verbally, but also through the website, with the challenges,
refutations, etc… There is a time when revelation pours down from the Heavens,
there is a time when one (the Messenger) has to take the pen (to refute and
pass on the message), and there is also a time when armament also shall be
taken… all in their time.”
Like we are learning from the battles waged in
Islam (when enemies attacked the Muslims or prepared rebellion against Islam,
then we have to bear in mind as a Sahih al Islam, we must prepare ourselves for
all eventually. “I don’t know if you have this fact in mind,
that there is a resemblance of what we are going through and what we shall have
to go through to what the Holy Prophet (sa) had to go through in the past. This
era shall resemble to a large extent the era of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sa).”
Long ago, there was the need to assemble large
armies to finish the Prophet of Allah and his disciples, but now we are in an era of high technology and any
evil-plot can be made in the blink of an eye (through mobile, internet, all
kinds of sophisticated armaments). So, we must bear in mind we shall go through
all sorts of persecutions, and all
sorts of spying be done on the Prophet of Allah (to plan to kill him), but we
must keep strong faith in Allah so as to be able to go through it all. Long ago,
messages given by the caliphs to the Muslim armies used to take days before
reaching them but now every facility is available to obtain messages and
required information. In other words “Technology has
reached its peak”.
Moreover, nowadays, enemies of Islam use
another strategy. They do not come outright as enemies, but they mask as
friends and plot in secret to divide Muslims (by igniting the fire of hatred),
and make them fight among themselves; dividing among themselves, split in
several sects. But Muslims are being severely tried and punished by Allah
firsthand because they have been given everything in perfection: Perfect
teachings (the Quran), Perfect Prophet, Perfect Religion, yet they have let go
of the thread of unity and Islam (submission to one God) and go beyond the
limits of Islam. As for the infidels, the idol-worshippers, Allah has already
decreed that Shirk is that abominable
sin which He shall not forgive.
