Many
Ahmadis and other seekers of truth have, in recent times, come to hear about
the Divine Manifestation in the person of Khalifatullah Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib (atba) of Mauritius . Among all the claimants of
Divine revelation and special Divine Mercy in this age, the arguments and
claims of the Khalifatullah stands distinctly superior. The Divine Messages the Khalifatullah says he receives from Allah the Most High and presents before the world is of sublime quality. (For an illustrative list of the Divine revelations of the Khalifatullah, click here).
For an
Ahmadi Muslim, these messages, pouring down like heavenly rain, cannot be
dismissed out of hand except at the cost of ruining one’s own spiritual self-
abandoning long-held beliefs about the continuity of Divine revelations and the
coming of Divinely-raised souls in Islam. More thoughtful among them are
convinced that the Khalifatullah is profoundly immersed in the spiritual waters
of Qur’anic verities. They find that the arguments and viewpoints being
articulated by the Khalifatullah are extraordinarily powerful and appealing.
Yet, they want to know more about aspects of the Divine Manifestation they are
not clear about. The recent set of questions raised by some seekers of truth
must be seen in this backdrop.
To
address such concerns, in a recently published Booklet, Hadhrat Sahib reflected
on the early days of the Divine Manifestation and provided illuminating
insights on the Divine favours and trials that are inextricably intertwined in
the times of the coming of a Divinely- raised soul. Drawing upon Qur’anic
principles and stories of prophets, the Khalifatullah graphically portraits the
events of his time- the role played by Zafrullah
Domun Sahib, the founding of Jamaat Ahmadiyya Al Muslimeen in the
early days of the Divine Manifestation and the circumstances in which Divine
favour resulted in the subsequent establishment of Jamaat Ul Sahih Al
Islam. The
book stands as a living testimonial to the subtle ways in which Allah’s help
and succour follows His Chosen Messenger even when his own people seeks to
ridicule him and worse still, abandon the Divine Message altogether.
Extracts from the Book:
The Promises of Allah are true in all ways. Ever since the beginning of the Divine Manifestation in the
year 2000 in Mauritius, Allah bestowed upon this humble self countless
revelations which was noted down by Zafrullah Domun Sahib, and many of these
revelations have been realised, and the proofs of the existence of these
revelations are with Zafrullah Domun Sahib. Indeed he himself, till today is a continued solid proof of this humble
self’s veracity.
I have always stated and I repeat myself, that
whenever I needed to give credit to
Zafrullah Domun Sahib, I gave it, and I do not hide the truth concerning the
excellent way he believed in this humble self and noted down the divine
revelations which Allah addressed us through this humble self, by night as well
as by day. He was ever there, ready with his paper and pen, and the divine
texts and revelations kept flowing. The one fundamental
question asked is: Why was he really expelled from the
Nizam-e-Jamaat Ahmadiyya? Was it because he was a recipient of divine
revelations or was it because he believed and kept affinity with a recipient of
divine revelations?
Indeed, he along with the other members of the Jamaat Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen were primarily expelled from the Nizam-e-Jamaat Ahmadiyya because of their belief in the Divine Revelations which I was receiving at that time and who chose who join this humble self when I was expelled as the prime “rebel” causing fitna (chaos) in the Jamaat Ahmadiyya – all because I was receiving divine revelations.

I never did say that I received revelations at that time. It
was Zafrullah Domun Sahib who spread the word around, making the people aware
that Munir Azim is receiving divine revelations, that Allah talks to him, and
that He has even revealed him about the dangers which was about to strike the
Jamaat Ahmadiyya, and Allah even revealed two of His attributes to be recited
to ward off the danger.
Allah by His infinite
grace chose this humble self as the ultimate instrument for the reception of
His Divine Light, the Ruh-il-Qouddouss, the Divine
Revelations. How many a times I begged my Rab, my sweet Master to bless Zafrullah
Domun Sahib and his family, and ultimately when the Jamaat
Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen was born, to bless this Jamaat with His
infinite favours, so that Allah’s Muhyi-ud-Din, along with Zafrullah Domun
Sahib and the family of Jamaat Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen can march together towards
victory with the help and blessing of the Almighty.
Divine promises flowed in; such good news for the future of
the Jamaat Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen as a whole, including both Umaraa-ul Mumineen. There were all kinds of divine manifestations, including that of a
heavenly perfume. People used to mock at that sign, but I prayed, kept
on praying to Allah to give the favours of divine revelations to the members of
the Jamaat Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen also so that they may get the absolute proof
of my veracity and that they do not have any doubts concerning my mission as
God’s elect in this era.
People used to mock at the divine signs so much and these
signs were slowly (with time) considered as an ordinary thing by the Jamaat
Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen. It so happens that one day (in the month of December),
Alhamdulillah
Zafrullah Domun Sahib himself became once recipient of this divine perfume as a
solid proof of my attestation of being recipient of this heavenly perfume.
Likewise, each and every member of the Jamaat received all
kinds of signs,
be it in the fulfilment of the supplications (to Allah), which they asked this
humble self to do, be it in terms of revelations, visions and true dreams. Even
the small children were recipient of revelations. Others were inspired and
received revelations in form of poems, mostly among the women and young girls…”
