The Signs of the End of Times- 6
This will be another great sign of Qiyamah - where the wrath of Allah is manifested - when the evildoers attack and assassinate the Amir-ul-Mumineen [Leader of the Believers]. The wrath of Allah will be upon these people. When that happens, there will be a terrible punishment that will fall from the sky; such a punishment that no one will have time to look at their own children and children will not have time to look at their own parents.
In order to better understand this, there will be a Tsunami of Divine Punishment when these people assassinate the Imam sent by Allah and this Imam will be the Amir-ul-Mumineen and there will be such a war with bombs, guns, knives, sabres, and the evildoers will seek to seize power in order to become leaders of the believers and I can even tell you that history will repeat itself. If you read the history of Islam, you will know that a few Egyptian Muslim revolutionaries murdered Amir-ul-Mumineen Hazrat Uthman (ra) in the year 35 Hijri and then in the year 40 Hijri Abdul Rahman Bin Muljim murdered Amir-ul-Mumineen Hazrat Ali (ra) with his sword.
Another sign of Qiyamah: There will be so much hardship on the believers that it will be difficult for them to practice their Deen. Because of these difficulties, the faith of many believers will be destroyed; they will go to cemeteries and cry. They will hit their heads on the graves and say, “Alas! If only we were already dead before we had these problems” and they will say again, “Why weren’t we in their shoes [that is, the dead in these graves], for then we would not have witnessed the problems, the difficulties that people face today.”
Then they will feel
remorse and say, “We would not have lost our faith.” And this reminds me
of the Hadith reported by Hazrat Abu Huraira (ra) who said that Hazrat Muhammad
(pbuh) said: “By Allah, in Whose hand my life is found, this world will not
be wiped out as long as a person who was returning from visiting a tomb say:
‘Alas! It would have been better if it was me who was in this tomb’, and that
person will be in a lot of trouble and will be deprived of Deen [in him].”
You see, in this
century that we are living, there are all kinds of transactions done to earn
more money, and the money is being reaped in large quantity; those with money
have a lot of money, a lot of worldly favours in their house, in front of the
door. Everywhere you find apartments being built like mushrooms [in great
numbers]. There is a waste of money etc. All of this is a sign of Qiyamah.
There will be plenty of money; so much money that when a person would take out
his Zakaat or Sadaqa [to distribute], he would not see anyone to accept it.
There are several Hadiths on this subject where the money will be in abundance,
but no one would accept it. I cite a Hadith where Hazrat Abu Huraira (ra)
reported that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: “The Last Hour will not
come before wealth becomes abundant and overflowing, so much so that a man
takes Zakat out of his property and cannot find anyone to accept it from him.”
(Muslim, Mishkat)
In another Hadith, Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh) said that the Qiyamah would not come until people had a lot of money, and a rich person would be heartbroken and say, “Alas! If only we could get someone to accept our Sadaqa!” (Muslim, Bukhari)
Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh)
also said: “O people! Give in charity as a time will come upon you when a
person will wander about with his object of charity and will not find anybody
to accept it, and one (who will be requested to take it) will say, ‘If you had
brought it yesterday, I would have taken it, but today I am not in need of
it.’” (Mishkat, Bukhari)
There are other signs
which when witnessing them, one would surely say that Qiyamah is indeed very near, and these signs include the
disfiguration and transformation of the human body, and rains of rocks,
earthquakes and landslides, and many Muslims would not be attached to the
religion of Allah; they would fall in [the trap of] alcoholic drinks,
gambling [playing for money/ games of chance] – all their money would be wasted
in gambling and listening to wrong things. They would not listen to what is
good – [now] earphones in the ear, they listen to music and they are swaying to
the music in their homes and on the street, and they are so absorbed in all
this that their health will be ruined. Their brain and nervous system will be
greatly affected. And we are seeing how drugs are also ruining our youth
whereby they are falling prey to them and consuming them [drugs]. Whenever they
do not have any money, they kill in order to steal money to buy their drugs,
and if they do not get drugs, they consume alcoholic drinks and they become
worst than an animal. They do not have any respect for their parents or
children or even elders and neighbours. When they fall prey to the effects of
those intoxicants, they lose all control of their senses and their honour
changes and they commit wrongs after wrongs. There are some who try to drive
[cars or motorcycles] and driving is beyond their control. Such a one who takes
drugs or other intoxicants thinks that he can drive but he does not have the
capacity to do so, and thus, [when he insists on driving] he is involved in
fatal accidents, killing people on the way and being killed himself. When this
happens, he puts the family of the victim as well as his own family in a very
great difficulty, and the matter can even become news at national level.
Look in what era you are living. Are these not the signs of Qiyamah? There was a sign [also] which manifested in the times of Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh) and all the Ulemas are unanimous to declare that the moon was split during his lifetime and this was indeed one of the most clear miracles of Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh) and Allah (swt) says in the Quran: “The Hour (of Judgement) is nigh, and the moon is cleft asunder.” (Al-Qamar 54: 2)
Hazrat Anas ibn Malik (ra) narrated: “The people of Mecca asked the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) for a sign, so the moon was cleft asunder in Mecca two times (or in two parts), so the following was revealed: ‘The Hour is nigh, and the moon is cleft asunder’.” (Muslim, Ahmad)
And in this era also
all the people around the world shall see the second manifestation of the
splitting of the moon [and I had already made this prophecy [of “Shaqqal
Qamar” on 25 March 2011] and the Hour will draw near.
It will also be Qiyamah
when Imam Mahdi shall make his apparition; there will manifest the third world
war, the Muslims of Sham (Syria) shall make this Jihad and they will be
so brave and victorious that when they will hear about the Dajjal, they will go
find him without hesitation and lots of people will be dead and rivers of blood
will be everywhere. Another sign of Qiyamah is when responsibilities/
duties shall be distributed to the people and they will be unfit for them;
therefore, at that time, wait for Qiyamah.
And especially nowadays, this situation has become so common in all spheres, be
it in the Mosque, Madrassa, Society, Business, etc. and also most particularly
whenever there is finance which is under the guardianship of these kinds of
[corrupt] people.
Among the signs of Qiyamah,
there is also the fact that education shall disappear, ignorance, adultery and
consumption of alcoholic drinks as well as other intoxicants, such as drugs
shall be rampant. There shall be fewer men and more women, to such an extent
that 50 women shall be under the responsibility of a single man, and what I am
telling you are found in a Hadith reported by Hazrat Anas (ra) whereby he
stated that Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh) had said this, and this Hadith is found in
both the Hadiths Books of [Imam] Bukhari and Muslim.
The Hadith mentions the
disappearance of education and the increase in the number of ignorance. Here,
education refers to Deen education. When the Qiyamah shall approach at a
rapid pace, Deen education shall disappear to such an extent that nobody
on earth will possess such Deen education. The theologians [savants] of
religion, those who are pious and teach piety shall die one after the other and
it is then that the true teachings of Deen shall disappear and those who
pretend to be scholars of Deen shall be themselves the worst of ignorant,
and it is them who shall trample these true teachings of the Deen to
dust, and they shall introduce lots of innovations in the true religion of
Islam and the Muslims and others shall follow them in their ignorance. The
latter [i.e. ignorant Muslims and the other people] shall not study and seek
the true teachings of Allah and His prophet (pbuh). They will prefer to follow
and believe in those ignorant scholars and thus, they will cause lots of havoc
on earth and persecute the Muttaquun [those who have the fear of Allah,
the pious ones] and boycott, insult and label them with all kinds of vicious
names. They will also blame those true and good believers. These are the works
of the ignorant ones and this will show that the world is going to its lost and
is a sign of the Qiyamah.
Another sign of Qiyamah is adultery and this is a sin caused a lack of shame between men and
women. So, [the society of men will keep on degrading] till people will commit
adultery and there will be no Haya (shame). People will clothe themselves
indecently, and the most indecent shall be the women in their way of dressing,
walking, talking and there shall be no Deen in them. [Like we are
seeing nowadays] they are following the [new] trends [fashion] as well as the
actors of Hollywood and Bollywood [the film industry], and put such extravagant
beauty products to expose their beauty and to use it [their face] and their
body for advertising, as a means to get money. They go to dance in weddings and
discos in indecent manner – only for money. All this provokes adultery to take
place. These women [put and] make their anklets emit sounds; they clothe
themselves in a provocative [sexy] way [thinking themselves] as some dream
girls. All these are signs which have already appeared. Nowadays, adultery has
skyrocketed to such a degree that people have gotten used to it and taken it as
a normal thing.
There is also the consumption of alcoholic drinks and drugs which have reached/ trapped the Muslims as well. It is unfortunate that despite that the Quran and Hadiths have been clear on the subject, i.e. how much harmful it is for us, being one of the greatest sins which gives rise to other sins. And the Holy Quran has declared it as an impure thing and its consumption being a satanic deed.
Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh) declared
that Allah (twt) has said: “By my might, none of My servants will drink a
mouthful of wine without My giving him a similar amount of pus to drink, but he
will not abandon it through fear of Me without my giving him drink from the
holy tanks.” (Ahmad, Mishkat).
About the Hadith mentioning about the decrease in the number of men and increase in the number of women, that sign is already visible. Worldwide population statistics show that the number of women is nearly same as that of men and it is not far that the number of women will surpass that of the men. After all, these statistics are only an estimate of the percentage of men and women in the world. And according to Hadith, the number of women will increase to such an extent that a man will be responsible for 50 women in his family. All these are signs of the Qiyamah and I will continue to say: Humanity is in danger! I advise you all to turn to the Unique God; that which is coming shall be much more terrible, more frightening. It is only through prayer that such divine punishments can be avoided, for if not, then, there is nothing else which can prevent this punishment.

week. May Allah enable the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam, and Islam as a whole to
become true believers and that we all, as one united body, as one brotherhood,
we work together to guide humanity to Allah, and thus, Insha-Allah,
there shall arise the Ummat-e-Wahida [one community of believers] before
the final Hour overtake this world and the whole universe. Insha-Allah, Ameen.
