Ahmadi Mosques under Attack

We all know what happened on 13 November 2015 in Paris (France) after extremists opened fire on people, out of whom 129 died and more than 350 injured. After that incident, there have been other attacks and last month itself in the USA, some hours after the Paris Attacks, some people opened fire on an Ahmadi Mosque in Meriden, Connecticut, the “Baitul Aman”. By the grace of Allah, there were no victims. But these attacks on mosques, be it those of Ahmadiyya or other mosques and Islamic centres, be it in America or elsewhere in the world, are becoming all the more frequent, especially because of the vendetta/ revenge which people are extracting against Islam. According to them, it is Islam and its teachings which are to be blamed!

Worst, nowadays in America there are some stupid people who are standing as presidential candidates of the USA, for example, Donald Trump, a Republican who has seized the opportunity of the Paris Attacks to make his political campaign against Islam whereby he has proposed that if the Americans vote him, he shall make it a must to spy on the Muslims and bar entry of Muslims in the USA. His hate speech against Islam and the Muslims has brought shame to his own political party. His own people have fallen on him for what he said for America is for the freedom of religion, people and liberty of expression. I warn him, and all those like him, that if he does not desist from his words and realise his error, if he continues in his hate speeches against Islam and Muslims, therefore Allah shall seize him in a severe punishment and humiliation. It is Allah who shall deal with him, because terrorism has no religion.

Terrorism is terrorism. It is neither Islam, nor Christianity, nor Judaism, nor Buddhism etc. Terrorists exist in all forms and in all cultures and religion. If people do not follow the teachings of Islam and that of the other religions also, therefore that religion in particular is not to be blamed. Especially Islam with its exemplary teachings! Therefore, it is only those who follow the footsteps of the Satan without any guidance from Allah and from His Messenger Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh) and without the guidance of the Khalifatullah of this era who shall go astray. They therefore spoil the image of the teachings of Islam in the eyes of the world. But Allah is Great and His Justice is the Best Justice which a servant of Allah must seek against the attacks of the comrades of the Satan who seek to mask themselves as defenders of Islam and that of other religions, like Christianity etc.

An example: Last Sunday, 13 December 2015, some stupid people have vandalized in the same night two mosques in Hawthorne, in the south of California. One of those mosques was the Ahmadiyya Muslim mosque “Bait-us-Salaam”. The vandalism included graffiti whereby the name “Jesus” was painted on the gate of the mosque, and a fake grenade (plastic one) was launched within the property to frighten the Muslims, here being the Ahmadi Muslims. They did lots of dirty things and also vandalised the Islamic centre of Hawthorne whereby they wrote: “Jesus is the Way”.

It is really sad what happened there, but it is a moment for the Ahmadi Muslims as well as all other Muslims to reflect on our state, for if we are not united, therefore the others shall continue to attack us with their hatred.

It is more particularly a lesson for the Ahmadis also, for if you recall, when there were dangers menacing the Ahmadis in Mauritius, therefore Allah revealed through me (in the year 2000) some of His attributes to read and seek His help to ward off those dangers. But unfortunately, instead of listening to Allah and replying favourably to the call of Allah, they have mocked those revelations (and names of Allah) and made plots against me and all those who believed in me to oust us from the Nizam-e-Jamaat. Shame on them! They have not put into practice the love which they preach in the world to present a good image of themselves among their own Ahmadi brethrens! Now the Ahmadis are not only suffering in the hands of the other Muslims, but the “modern” world, with the majority from the Christian and Jewish worlds, as well as the other religions are fighting against them (against Islam as a whole also).

Islam is Peace; there is no doubt in that. Therefore why are we Muslims, from the entire Ummah not in peace? We need to blame ourselves in the first place before blaming others (for our predicament) for it is when they saw us disunited that they have seized the opportunity to do what they like with us! There is no longer the union which Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh) brought and which assembled the Arabia of the time as a united force with one same goal, one same belief, and there was also tolerance towards those who did not accept Islam. Our beloved prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and the Rightly-Guided Caliphs (Khulafa-e-Rashideen) respected the beliefs of the others and adopted: “Laa Ikraha fid-Deen” (There is no compulsion in Religion). It is true that there had been conquests of lands at that time, for the others also like the Romans and Persians etc. did likewise (it was a normal occurrence at that time), but the Muslims, the true (Sahih) ones never forced people to accept Islam, and it is this which shows the beauty of Islam.

I pray that Muslims, irrespective of Jamaats realize the favours which Allah has showered upon you in this era, for like He promised, He sent His Khalifatullah to unite you all and to deliver this message so that you may benefit from it for your own material and spiritual progress. The Honour of Islam is at stake, and we Muslims need to stand as one body, as one voice to protect the beauty of the teachings of Islam and of the Holy Prophet, Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh). Insha-Allah, Ameen.

'Surah Al- Fil': A Commentary

Holy Qur'an, Chapter 105: Al-Fil
1. In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. 2. Have you not seen how your Lord dealt with the companions (i.e., owners) of the elephant? 3. Did He not make their treacherous plan go astray? 4. And He sent against them Birds in flocks, 5. Striking them with stones of hard-baked clay. 6. Then did He make them like an empty field of stalks and straw, (of which the crops) has been eaten up.
The Fate of Hubris: A Lesson from History
This Surah was revealed at Mecca in the early days of the prophethood of Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh). It speaks about the event that took place in the year of the birth of the Holy Prophet (saws), around the year 570 of the Christian calendar.Yemen at that time was under the control of the Abyssinians who were Christians and the latter had driven out the Jewish government that was in power at that time. Abraha Al-Ashram was the governor or Viceroy of Abyssinia. The thirst for power led him to self-proclaim himself king…

Significance of Surah Al Fatiha

... I have chosen to talk/explain today on a never-ending subject. I can say that if the ocean was ink and all trees in this world and the universe were pens and the sky and earth were papers, therefore all these would have come to an end but not the commentary of the Surah Al-Fatiha. This is because of the high importance of this chapter in the life of a believer, and this chapter is the first chapter of the Holy Quran. It is so important that one has to start with the Surah Al-Fatiha when he begins his prayer (Namaz/Salat). And to start supplications (duahs) to Allah, the Surah Al-Fatiha needs to be recited first. This is because of the nature of its greatness as a chapter and duah. In whatever situation a person may be, be it a difficulty, an illness or a state of suffering or any other problems he finds himself in, therefore he needs to recite the Surah Al-Fatiha.
By the grace of Allah, today 22nd August 2014, I have thought about explaining a bit again on this very important chap…

'Surah Al-Takathur': A Commentary

Then, surely, you will be questioned that day about the delights (which you used to enjoy on this earth).
Competing for More
This chapter, Surah At-Takaathur (Ch.102) - Cupidity (i.e., the desire to have more and more) contains a warning to those who wish to possess everything, those who like to accumulate wealth.
Verse 2:‘Alhaakumut-Takaathuur - The race for (an increase in) wealth distracts you;
This fanaticism to acquire wealth and to increase one's fortune, position, the number of one's adherents, disciples or supporters, mass production or organization, affects not only one person but Societies and Nations.
