Khalifatullah’s India Visit 2024

Imam- Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam International Hazrat Muhyi-ud-Din Al Khalifatullah Munir Ahmad Azim (aba) of Mauritius, accompanied by Hazrat Ummul Mu’mineen Sayyedah Nazirah Beebi Saheba and Sahebzada Abdul Muhaymine, completed a historic visit to India between 05 February and 07 March 2024, Alhamdulillah, Summa Alhamdulillah.

At the Chennai Airport, devout disciples of the Tamil Nadu Jamaat under the leadership of  Hazrat Amir Mukarram Saleem Saheb, and senior Kerala Jamaat member Janab Saleem Saheb of Alappuzha, and our brothers Alauddin Saheb, Saddam Hussein Saheb and Ansari Saheb of Coimbatore, and Khwajah Muhyiuddin Saheb of Chennai received the holy Imam (aba) and dignitaries on arrival.  During his month-long stay in the country, Hazrat Khalifatullah (aba) and family visited members of the Jamaat in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, bringing so much spiritual joy and happiness to disciples and followers in India, Masha Allah, Alhamdulillah, Allah-u-Akbar!

In Kerala, Hazrat Khalifatullah (aba) and family stayed at the historic Noor’ul Islam Masjid Complex at Mathra for a few days during the visit. In Tamil Nadu, Hazrat Saheb (aba) visited disciples and followers in Coimbatore, and also stayed at the historic Sirajum Munir Masjid for a few days. Members of the Jamaat from different parts of Kerala and Tamil Nadu flocked to the Masjids during those days to meet with Hazrat Saheb (aba) and to learn from his inspirational spiritual presence in their midst.

Various educative programmes of a spiritual kind were convened during those days for the beneficial understanding of all believers. An examination was specially curated by Hazrat Khalifatullah (aba) on the basis of the Volume 1 of the Al Azim Tafsirul Qur’an for testing the awareness levels of all members. Jamaat system was also refurbished through the electoral process of responsibility assignments.

A ‘Sirat-un-Nabi’ programme convened at the Noor’ul Islam Masjid commemorated the grand legacy of the Holy Prophet (sa) and his cherished teachings of enduring character that shape and guide every day devotional life among the believers.

Likewise, the ‘Musleh Maoud Day programme commemorated the profound dimensions of a grand revelatory prophecy that found its physical and spiritual fulfillment both in the previous era and in our own times, especially with the advent of an Elect of God who is also bestowed with the spiritual title of ‘Musleh Maoud’ in February 2004.

A deeper understanding of the prophecy Musleh Maoud and its interpretive implications are of special significance for truth seekers in this era, for both Ahmadis and other Muslims. It is widely believed among Ahmadi Muslims that the second caliph Hazrat Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmud Ahmad (ra) was the biological fulfillment of the grand prophecy made by the Promised Messiah Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as) of Qadian. And yet what they neglect and ignore are aspects of the prophecy that has to do with its relevance in our own times. Consider this fact from a moment of history: in February 1944, while acknowledging his status as Musleh Maoud of the era as per the prophecy; the second caliph emphatically stated its future relevance and implications of the prophecy Musleh Maoud in a new century of Islam:

'I do not say that I am the only Promised One and that no other promise one will appear till the Day of Judgement. It appears from the prophecies of the Promised Messiah that some other promised ones will also come and some of them will appear after centuries. Indeed, God has told me that at one time He will send me a second time to the world and I will come for the reform of the world at a time when association with God will have become widespread. This means that my soul will, at some time, descend upon someone who will possess faculties and capacities like mine and he will, following in my footsteps, bring about a reform of the world. Thus, promised ones will appear in their due times according to the promise of God Almighty.’

Furthermore, 12 Years later, in February 1956, the Musleh Maoud Hazrat Mirza Bashir-ud-Din Mahmud Ahmad (ra) once again stated:

'God has told me that at another period of infidelity He will send me in the world a second time, which means that my spirit at such time will descend on another person who will possess capabilities similar to mine and he will reform the world by following my footprints.'

Hazrat Khalifatullah (aba) through his prolific spiritual works, including the magisterial commentary series on the Holy Qur’an- the Al Azim Tafsir’ul Qur’an- under the divine mission of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam is continuing in the footsteps of the earlier Massih Maoud and Musleh Maoud, and in 2004, Allah (swt) blessed him with the grand title of ‘Musleh Maoud’, thereby manifesting the fulfillment of a great divine sign in the Fifteenth century of Islam, Alhamdulillah, Summa Alhamdulillah.

People are attracted to the holy personality and divine mission of the Khalifatullah (aba) for a variety of reasons: serene countenance; serious yet accessible disposition; commitment to Islamic values and practices in both word and deed; inspired discourses on what it means to be a true Muslim; sagely advices on practical matters of everyday life; Tahajjud Namaz marked with long-Duahs from a moving heart at the Throne of God, etc.

Hence, devout souls indeed understood the spiritual benefit and privilege of joining the high representative of God in their midst: certainly, it is not every day that an ordinary humble believer witnesses an Elect of God making long invocations and sublime prayers; gains the opportunity to directly listen to discourses on finer points of spiritual wisdom; hears about Allah’s help and assistance amidst trials and tests of faith; meets with someone who entrusts all his affairs to the wisdom and grace of, and  on the will and pleasure of God, the All Knowing, the All Aware

During the holy visit, Hazrat Khalifatullah (aba) also performed the Nikah engagement ceremony of his son Sahebzada Abdul Muhaymine Alimuddin Saleem Azim with Arshana Sabir Saheba, daughter of Muhammad Sabir Saheb of Palakkad at the Noor’ul Islam Masjid on Sunday, 11 February 2024, Masha Allah, Alhamdulillah. As they return to their homeland after a visit that provided so much spiritual joy and happiness to so many souls and blazing a trail of good memories among them to cherish for a life time, we invoke God's grace and blessings upon them: may Allah (swt) grant Hazrat Saheb (aba) and members of the pious household good health and long life to steady the course of the Noah’s Ark of this era, and may all our pious wishes for the progress and welfare of the Jamaat find fulfillment in the best of ways in the times to come, Insha Allah, Aameen.
