23 Years of the Divine Manifestation

 

On Sunday, the 7^th of January 2024, Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam International convened a special programme to mark the completion of the first 23 years of the present Divine Manifestation in the person of Hazrat Muhyiuddin Al Khalifatullah Munir Ahmad Azim (aba) of Mauritius. The blessed programme, organized and hosted by the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam- Tamil Nadu and its dynamic Amir Mukarram Khwajah Muhyiuddin Saleem Saheb, included Tilawat-e-Qur’an, Nazms, speeches by senior Jamaat officials as well as the narration of spiritually-infused visions and dreams and revelations by members of the pious Household, and a final address by Hazrat Saheb (aba), Subhaan Allah, Alhamdulillah, Allah-u-Akbar!

 

For common Jamaat members like this humble writer, it was a day of gratefulness and thanksgiving to Allah (swt). As Muslims who follow the timeless teachings of the Holy Qur’an, and the deep insights of the Holy Prophet’s sacred practice as the correct and straight path- the religion of Allah; we recognize that the raising of an Elect of God among the people is an enduring Divine practice, a Sunnat Allah, in every era. Allah (swt) granted us a practical role model and exemplar of the spiritual Way, especially in an era and at a time when most people grope in the darkness of ignorance, misbeliefs and superstitions, doubts, and despair. Hence, the raising of a Mujaddid in our troubled times is an example of pure Divine grace and mercy in our perspective. And He granted us an extraordinary blessing by enabling us to recognize His chosen manifestation in our midst, Alhamdulillah, Summa Alhamdulillah. 

'Daughters, Help to Grow the Jamaat'

On the occasion of the Ijtema of the Siraj Makin Djawaharatul Kamal [Women's wing of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam International]- Tamil Nadu, International Sadr of the organization Hazrat Ummul Mu'mineen Fazli Amena Varsally Saheba addressed the spiritual gathering of women believers in India, on 24 December 2023. In this deep discourse, International Sadr Saheba underscores the spiritual significance of cultivating a personal  relationship with Allah (swt), our Creator and Sustainer of the worlds, and the role of women believers in strengthening the collective cause. Furthermore, Hazrat Saheba notes what it takes to lead a life of commitment to the cause of God in our times: cultivation of a strong personal relationship with God; a readiness to contribute selflessly, morally and materially; embracing a culture of giving and sacrifice for the sake of community; devotion to the strengthening of bonds and relations within the Jamaat; re-establishing the noble values and practices of the early Muslim believers, etc.

I pray, may Allah bless your togetherness for His sake, and help you in all spheres of your life which you devote to Him and His works.

 

I am delighted to address you today on the occasion of your IJTEMA. It is time that all the Siraj Makin stand up and come to help the Jamaat in great ways. Whether you are good at knitting, translating, speaking many languages, and other talents, Insha-Allah, through these gifts from Allah, I pray that you may help the Jamaat financially with your contributions and participations.

'Dawah' & Women

 

Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam- Kerala held its 14th Annual Jalsa, a programme of four-day spiritual retreat on 26-29 December 2023 [Tuesday- Friday], Alhamdulillah. A Special Ijtema of the women's wing, Siraj Makin Djawaharatul Kamal, was organized on the occasion for the benefit of women believers, Summa Alhamdulillah. 

In a special address to the gathering, Hazrat Ummul Mu'mineen Fazli Amena Varsally Saheba, the International Sadr of the Siraj Makin, spoke about the role of women believers in 'Dawah'- calling people to the path of cleanliness, goodness, spirituality, and God-consciousness. 'Be a model of virtue, inwardly and outwardly, secretly and openly so as to reap the blessings of Allah. Never do Dawah or a good deed for show [ostentation]. All good that you do, do it for Allah only. Make yourselves worthwhile by refining your Islam within and showing the glow of that Islam by sharing it to others so that they also may be blessed with the light of Islam', exhorts Hazrat Saheba, the Spiritual Mother of all believers.

It is my pleasure to address you few words today for your Special Jalsa Salana Siraj Makin Programme for this year 2023, marking also the 23^rd year of the Divine Manifestation of this era and thirteen years since the establishment of the Kerala Jamaat.

 

Allah says in the Holy Quran: “Who speaks better than one who calls to Allah, does good works and says, ‘I am surely one of the Muslims.’?” (Quran, 41: 34)

Kerala Jalsa 2023: A Report

Alhamdulillah, with the approval and blessed permission of Imam- Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam International Hazrat Muhyiuddin Khalifatullah Munir A. Azim (aba) of Mauritius, the Fourteenth Jalsa Salana (Annual Convention) of the Kerala Jamaat took place at the historic Noor’ul Islam Masjid- Mathra, on  26- 29 December 2023, Summa Alhamdulillah. 

In addition to the members in Mathra; brothers and families from Pappankulam, Karunagappally and Alappuzha, Wayanad, and Delhi and Coimbatore, also could reach the Masjid venue ahead of the commencement of the four-day Programme. 

Kerala Jalsa 2023: Announcement

In a recent communication with members, Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam- Kerala officially announced the reception of approval for the forthcoming 14th Jalsa Salana programme at the historic Noor’ul Islam Masjid, Mathra on December 26, 27, 28 & 29. In a recent letter to the Amir-Jamaat, Mukarram R. Jamaluddin Raother Saheb, Imam-Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam International Hazrat Muhyiuddin Al Khalifatullah Munir Ahmad Azim (aba) of Mauritius also agreed to address the gathering via YouTube on the last day of the Jalsa programme, i.e., Friday, the 29th December 2023, Insha Allah.

The formation of the Kerala Jamaat, as well as the annual Jalsa programme at the Noor’ul Islam Masjid-Mathra has vital importance in the spiritual lives of the believers in India. For in the annals of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam International, the Kerala Jamaat is one of the early Jamaats to evolve among the believers outside of Mauritius. With the official establishment of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam in the year 2008 after a few years of shaping up in the island-nation, the light of Tawheed emanating from the Divine Manifestation in Mauritius spread in the Indian state of Kerala; a number of brothers courageously declared their intention to recognize the spiritual claims of Hazrat Khalifatullah Munir Ahmad Azim (aba) and took the Bai’at at Alappuzha, Alhamdulillah.

Tawheed & Shirk- 3

Alhamdulillah, Summa Alhamdulillah, I continue the series of sermons which I began elaborating on the subject of Tawheed and Shirk.

 

Today, I want to draw your attention to something: every day we say we will do something but we end up not doing it. And Allah is not pleased at all that you do not do what you have said you will do. 

Whenever we start praying (Salat) and anytime we read the Holy Quran, we start by saying: Aouzubillahi Minash Shaytaan-ir-Rajim. This simply means that we seek protection with Allah against Satan the Cursed, the one whom Allah rejected. But many times people don’t reflect upon those words: What am I saying? Where is that Shaytan (Satan)? And where does he stay? They think: In what way will Satan come to me so that I can repel him?
