After
the Jumuah Khutba and Namaz, and lunch, members listened to a special, final
Jalsa message of Imam- Jamaat Hazrat Khalifatullah Munir A. Azim(aba). In his special
discourse, Hazrat Khalifatullah (aba) spoke movingly about the poignant origins
of the present-day Divine Manifestation more than two decades ago, when Allah (swt)
started sending communications to His humble servant, Hazrat Munir, with a view
to renew the spirit of Islam- Ahmadiyya Islam in this era, and lofty spiritual
titles were bestowed upon him pointing to the larger mandate of the new messenger: ‘Hazrat’, Amir-ul-Mu’mineen [‘prince of the
Believers’], ‘Muhyiuddin’, ‘Mujaddid’ and ‘Khalifatullah’. Hazrat Khalifatullah
(aba), intensely conscious of the lofty divine mission on his shoulders with a
mandate for the reform of the whole world- not just Ahmadis, and other Muslims,
but also all humankind of this era- acknowledges that Allah (swt) has graced
his mind with knowledge coming from Him, coupled his shortcomings with the mighty shade of Divine protection and strengthened his spirit
with the ability to carry on with this great mission of Islamic work, Subhaan Allah, Alhamdulillah, Allah-u-Akbar!
It was on 19 April 2003, the day the fourth caliph of the Nizam-e-Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya Mirza Tahir Ahmad Saheb passed away that the revelation elevating Hazrat Munir Ahmad Azim (aba) as the ‘Amir-ul-Mu’mineen’ of this era. On the same day, Hazrat Saheb (aba) was also ordained to accept Bai’at from disciples. Within a month, 08 May 2003, the Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya Al Muslemeen, was established. The nascent Jamaat had to confront the jealousy and enmity of disbelievers and hypocrites within, and yet with time, Allah (swt) enabled Hazrat Muhyiuddin (aba) to ‘arise and create a new world’ and to establish ‘Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam’ for this purpose. The founding of the Kerala Jamaat in October 2010, and seven years later, with the establishment of the Jamaat in Tamil Nadu, there is spiritual hope in sustaining the divine mission, Insha Allah, Aameen.
In
this discourse, Hazrat Khalifatullah (aba) urged his disciples in the strongest
terms to refrain from sins such as doubts, mutual suspicion and ill-thinking, backbiting
and disputations. Hazrat Saheb (aba) encourages everyone to contribute
financially and by other material means- based on one's skills and time and personal efforts, to the larger causes of the divine mission. It
being the 23rd year of the Divine Manifestation- also 25 lunar years
of divine revelations, signs and miracles- sincere believers need to be
prepared to face life and all its tests and trials of faith; work hard for the
progress of the Jamaat being true to Allah, His messenger and His
Khalifatullah, and one’s own self; it is such sincere ones who shall inherit
the triumph of Islam in this era and in future, notes Hazrat Khalifatullah (aba)
in this discourse.
With the Jalsa coming to an end with the Duah of Hazrat Khalifatullah (aba), brothers and their families returned to their respective places with renewed spiritual energy, Alhamdulillah, Summa Alhamdulillah.
