‘And remember the time when Abraham and Ishmael raised the foundations of the House, praying, ‘Our Lord, accept this from us; for You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing. Our Lord, make us submissive to You and make of our offspring a people submissive to You. And show us our ways of worship, and turn to us with mercy; for You are Oft-Returning with compassion and Merciful. And, our Lord, raise up among them a Messenger from among themselves, who may recite to them Your Signs and teach them the Book and Wisdom and may purify them; surely, You are the Mighty, the Wise.''(2:128-130)
Likewise, Hazrat Ummul Mu’mineen Sayyida Nasira Azim Saheba offered a discourse on Ahadith relating to the topic/s: “’Cleanliness is Half of Faith’ & Good Manners”. Based on personal, mystical experiences of Divine Signs, Hazrat Tayyiba Shaheedah Nasrine Aliah Saheba also made a Testimonial Speech on the Signs of the Divine Manifestation, Alhamdulillah, Summa Alhamdulillah.

Recommendations for the Jalsa Salana
My dear disciples, Assalamoualaikum Warahmatullah Wabarakaatuhu.
Alhamdulillah, Summa Alhamdulillah, we are holding the opening of the Jalsa Salana of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam, International.
Like you know, the Jalsa Salana was instituted by the Promised Messiah of the past century, Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as) so that it may become an assembly/ meeting of the believers to reinforce their bond of brotherhood and the opportunity for them to learn a lot on the Deen of Allah.
In this time of the Covid or SARS-CoV-2 Pandemic as well as the various variants [new viruses] which have made their apparitions – and this has already been revealed by Allah where He warned of such viruses – thus it is now difficult for the believers to physically meet in a specific place to hold their Deen programmes/ functions.
Now, most of the functions are being held via internet [or “Online” like we say] but Alhamdulillah, at Mauritius/ Headquarters level, we are holding our Jalsa Salana by the immense grace of Allah. This is indeed is grace that He has enabled us to extol His praises and hold our Jalsa Salana and reinforce not only the spiritual bond between us, but as the International Spiritual Leader and the Khalifatullah, it is a golden opportunity for me [personally] to give my message to all my disciples who are found in the other countries as well. It is my duty to give you some recommendations to follow during the Jalsa Salana.
Like you know, life and death are in the Hands of Allah. If during, or some days prior or after Jalsa Salana someone dies [there is a funeral], then all members must come together to pray and ask forgiveness for the deceased. During the Jalsa, you need to make lots of duahs for the deceased [who died before]. This reinforces your ties of brotherhood, not only at national level, but also at international level.
When talking about the deceased, we do not forget the pioneers of the Divine Manifestation, like my disciple and spiritual son, Marhoom Seid Ahmad who died on 04 July 2003, my big brother Marhoom Aziz Ahmad who died on 28 May 2006, my mother Marhoom Momin Azim who supported and believed in me and who died on 30 June 2012. There is also Marhoom Adam Domun who died in 2006. And in the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam, especially in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, there is Marhoom Shareefa Beevi Esmaael-Jamal Sahiba who died on 10 May 2018, Marhoom Razia Haris Sahiba who died on 08 January 2020, Marhoom Khwaja Muhyiuddin Sahib who died on 07 May 2020, Marhoom Hamsa Ibrahim Sahib who died on 18 October 2020, et recently Marhoom Shaik Malukar Muthali Sahib who died on 06 December 2021.
And in Madagascar, there is the daughter of Mukarram Imam [Foondi] Ahamadi, Hassinah Sahiba who died in 2020 at the age of 33 years old.
May Allah raise their
status in the Jannat-ul-Firdaus, and increase their light for them, and
grant them the coolness of His love and mercy, Insha-Allah, Ameen.
So, spiritual gatherings [like the Jalsa Salana, wherein there are all kinds of Ibaadat of Allah] protect you from [the illness of] hypocrisy. Through the different programmes like the Jalsa Salana, you get the blessings to either meet your beloved Imam or to hear his message, even from a long distance. The angels come down on such a spiritual gathering – Jalsa Salana – which is truly devoted to Allah, and which gives the true message of Islam, and make the good Tarbiyyat of the believers.
The Jalsa [Salana] teaches also punctuality. It is a training to keep you busy in the cause of Allah. You get the opportunity to do collective works. It drives away all the misunderstandings on Jamaat, and therefore you get the opportunity to get to know the true aspects of what the Jamaat of Allah entails and what it should represent in your lives.
It creates also the
sense of hospitality in the hearts of the people. Your sense of discipline, and
responsibility increase and you get the opportunity to meet the people who are
well instructed in the matters of religion. You get the opportunity also to
know more on the values, importance and grandeur of Islam and of the Chosen
Imam of Allah who has been raised with the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam.
During the Jalsa Salana, you get the opportunity to listen to the advices so that you may change your attitude/ behaviour and increase your knowledge. Another beauty of the Jalsa Salana is that you show yourselves to be good servants of Allah. It gives you the opportunity to show your obedience to the officer in charge [of Jalsa Salana]. It is also an opportunity to learn how to spend in the path of Allah.
Jalsa Salana [or Spiritual Gatherings] teach/es you also what to do [how to react] in all situations [happenings or difficulties] for the cause of Allah. When a poor person attends the Jalsa Salana, Allah gives him an extraordinary ability to bear his situation and he feels at peace [in tranquillity] and pleased.
In other words, the Jalsa Salana must become a haven of peace for the believers. Be it for the Jalsa Salana or another spiritual programme for the cause of Allah, it is Allah Who shall give the rewards for it if you make the necessary efforts in His path. Like this Hadith-e-Qudsi states [where Allah says]: “One who walks towards Me [Allah], I run to him.” [Bukhari & Muslim]
The one who do “Fastabikul Khairaat” [competition in good deeds], it is Allah Who shall help him; the one who sacrifice his time for the cause of Allah, it is Allah Who shall reward him and remove all His difficulties.
So, I wish you all present here, as well as my disciples abroad to take these recommendations in high consideration so that the Jalsa Salanas in your countries may be successful in all ways, Insha-Allah. May Allah make you Mubarak on earth and in the heavens as well. Insha-Allah, Ameen.
Assalamoualaikum Warahmatullah Wabarakaatuhu.
