While Islamic
teachings promise the special descent of ‘Laila-tul-Qadr’ in the last 10 days
of the fasting month, the rank and file of the Jamaat had the great favour of
witnessing to a number of interesting Divine Signs during this period- for
instance, just like in the times of the Promised Messiah (as), red drops became
visible in the copybook of the Muhyiuddin Al Khalifatullah (aba) of this era:
out of nowhere, it suddenly appeared like a Divine attestation on the
incredible efforts and profound service of Hazrat Saheb (aba) in making Qur’an
accessible to a larger audience around the world in these complex and
challenging times, Allahumma Allah-u-Akbar!
Against the backdrop of these mystical visions and experiences and related Divine Signs in the holy month of Ramadan, the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam International celebrated Eid-ul-Fitr this year with members of the Jamaat-men, women, boys and girls- converging together at Mosques and other prayer centers in various parts of the world, including Mauritius, Comoros, Madagascar, Dubai, Delhi, Sirajum Munir Masjid at VK Puram (Tamil Nadu), and the Noor’ul Islam Masjid at Mathra (Kerala), Summa Alhamdulillah.
O
Allah, forgive me my sins,
Overlook
my many faults, mistakes and failings,
Absolve
of me of my bad deeds
O
my dear Lord, the All Hearing, the All Seeing
I
take refuge with You
From
the goading of the evil ones;
Save
me from the pangs of Evil.
O
Allah, strengthen my soul in its struggle
Against
the evil within and outside;
Secure
me from the temptations of the baser self;
Save
me against my own impulses and excesses
Protect
me from self-inflicted wounds
O
Allah, do not abandon me
In
the wilderness of an unguided existence;
Bless
me with a share of Your grace and mercy,
Grant
me a Light to walk in the footsteps
of
Your noble prophets and saints
For,
whoever is gifted Divine wisdom
Has truly been given much good
Moderation in Eating & Self-Care
According to a Hadith narrated by Al-Miqdam Ibn Ma’di Karib (ra): “The son of Adam does not fill a vessel worse than his stomach. It is enough for him to take only a few mouthfuls to straighten his back, but if he has to eat his fill, let him fill his stomach with one-third food, one-third drink and one-third air.” (Ibn Majah)
Celebrating 'Eid' in Our Broken World
'Remember the dues of God and our common humanity' , urges Imam- Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam Hazrat Muhyiuddin Al Khalifatullah Munir A. Azim (aba) in his 'Eid-ul-Fitr' public message.
But as the world is caught in the whirlpool of calamities, when the impending danger of destruction is looming over the head of mankind, the definition of happiness has changed. The Eid which one seeks is inner peace for oneself and for humanity at large.
When humanity is suffering in all kinds of ways, whether being victims of war, or flood, or even lack of the basic necessities of life, we need to pause and reflect, and then take some serious decisions for the betterment of the beautiful global nation so much loved by the Almighty.
‘He is the All Knowing Creator: when He wills something to be, His way is to say, “Be”- and it is!’ (36: 82-83).
‘The colouring of Allah and who is better than Allah in the matter of colouring?’ (2:139)
“I remember that on one occasion, in a state of vision, I saw that I had written certain divine decrees with my own hand setting out events in the future and then presented the paper to Allah the All-Powerful, Gloried be His name, for His signature. […] To the same Peerless and Self-Sufficient Being – Who manifested His attribute of Beauty to my mind in the state of vision and appeared to be God, the All-Powerful – I presented the document containing divine decrees for attestation. And He, Who was manifesting Himself in the form of a Ruler, dipped His pen in red ink and first flicked it in my direction and with the rest of the red ink which remained at the point of the pen He put His signature to the document.
