'O Allah': Whispers of the Heart

O Allah, forgive me my sins,

Overlook my many faults, mistakes and failings,

Absolve of me of my bad deeds

O my dear Lord, the All Hearing, the All Seeing

I take refuge with You

From the goading of the evil ones;

Save me from the pangs of Evil.

O Allah, strengthen my soul in its struggle

Against the evil within and outside;

Secure me from the temptations of the baser self;

Save me against my own impulses and excesses

Protect me from self-inflicted wounds

O Allah, do not abandon me

In the wilderness of an unguided existence;

Bless me with a share of Your grace and mercy,

Grant me a Light to walk in the footsteps

of Your noble prophets and saints

For, whoever is gifted Divine wisdom

Has truly been given much good

Healthy Habits for Good Life

Moderation in Eating & Self-Care

In the time of the Prophet (pbuh) in Medina, a great Byzantine physician arrived to treat people for free. He asked permission to open his Clinic in the city. Every day, he went to the Clinic to treat illnesses but no one came to consult him. In the afternoon he closed shop and returned home without having been able to treat anyone. It lasted at least a month. Every day, he went to the Clinic and then came home empty-handed in the evening. Finally, he went to see the Holy Prophet (saw) to inform him that he was closing his clinic to go home but he still wanted to know why Muslims did not come to consult him. The answer was quite obvious - no one was getting sick. The Holy Prophet (pbuh) explained to him that he had taught his disciples that all illness has its roots in the stomach. And since the people of Medina followed the advice of the Holy Prophet (pbuh) to the letter and ate frugally, they never fell ill.

According to a Hadith narrated by Al-Miqdam Ibn Ma’di Karib (ra): “The son of Adam does not fill a vessel worse than his stomach. It is enough for him to take only a few mouthfuls to straighten his back, but if he has to eat his fill, let him fill his stomach with one-third food, one-third drink and one-third air.” (Ibn Majah)

'Eid-ul-Fitr' Message 2023

Celebrating 'Eid' in Our Broken World

'Remember the dues of God and our common humanity' , urges Imam- Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam Hazrat Muhyiuddin Al Khalifatullah Munir A. Azim (aba) in his 'Eid-ul-Fitr'  public message.

Eid-ul-Fitr comes every year as thanksgiving to the Almighty Lord and rejoice for the Muslim believer who has fasted with devotion for the whole duration of the Holy Month of Ramadan, shunning every Satanic trap along the way by keeping fast to the Divine Commandments and submitting to His Will. Such Eid is celebrated by billions of Muslims around the world, whether in the rich or poor countries.

But as the world is caught in the whirlpool of calamities, when the impending danger of destruction is looming over the head of mankind, the definition of happiness has changed. The Eid which one seeks is inner peace for oneself and for humanity at large.

When humanity is suffering in all kinds of ways, whether being victims of war, or flood, or even lack of the basic necessities of life, we need to pause and reflect, and then take some serious decisions for the betterment of the beautiful global nation so much loved by the Almighty.

Red Drops in Ramadan

He is the All Knowing Creator: when He wills something to be, His way is to say, “Be”- and it is!(36: 82-83).

The colouring of Allah and who is better than Allah in the matter of colouring?(2:139)

Most Ahmadis brought up in the Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya would be familiar with special events and mystical signs from the times of the Promised Messiah Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as) of Qadian (1835-1908). For instance, on one occasion, while the Promised Messiah (as) was apparently taking rest and lying down with a devoted disciple massaging his feet, Red Drops appeared from nowhere- without any human intervention, or active agency vis-a-vis spreading the Red Ink- on the clothes of that man of God- the Khalifatullah of the era. Believers, especially those who have had the fortune of witnessing the Divine Manifestation in the person of the Promised Messiah (as) at that point of time in history viewed the incident as a special Divine Sign. Indeed, the Promised Messiah (as) wrote about this mystical experience where spiritual vision blended and merged with a physical sign as well:

“I remember that on one occasion, in a state of vision, I saw that I had written certain divine decrees with my own hand setting out events in the future and then presented the paper to Allah the All-Powerful, Gloried be His name, for His signature. […] To the same Peerless and Self-Sufficient Being – Who manifested His attribute of Beauty to my mind in the state of vision and appeared to be God, the All-Powerful – I presented the document containing divine decrees for attestation. And He, Who was manifesting Himself in the form of a Ruler, dipped His pen in red ink and first flicked it in my direction and with the rest of the red ink which remained at the point of the pen He put His signature to the document.

Ramadan: Dreams and Visions- I

Ramadan is a special month in the devotional calendar of the Muslim. This month of fasting is characterized by an atmosphere of spiritual contemplations, special invocations and other supererogatory acts of worship and remembrance of God whereby the Muslim seeks nearness to his/her Lord. Members of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam in India have reported several pure dreams and pious visions of a mystical nature that clearly points to Divine Light and Pleasure on the Jamaat of Allah (twt) in this blessed month of Ramadan, Alhamdulillah, Summa Alhamdulillah.

Reproduced below is a remarkable description of certain mystical experiences that took place on Saturday, 01 April 2023 & again, on Sunday 02 April 2023 after 9 pm during Taraweeh prayer- reported by our dear brother Muhammad Sabir Saheb of Palakkad (Kerala) on behalf of his pious and humble wife, Mubeena Sabir Saheba:

'Laila-tul-Qadr': The Night of Decree

For today’s Friday Sermon, the penultimate Friday of the holy month of Ramadan, the theme I have chosen is on the Laila-tul-Qadr, as well as the Duah that our beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh) has taught us on this occasion.

He taught this Duah to his wife Aisha (ra) so that she and the entire Ummah could take advantage of this illustrious night in divine forgiveness, and thus imitate him in the accomplishment of this great Duah. The Duah is as follows: Allahumma Innaka Afuwwun tuhibbul afwa fa fu anni. The translation of this Duah is as follows: O Allah, You are Forgiving, You love to forgive, so forgive me.

So, let us see the words that our beloved Prophet (pbuh) used to beg forgiveness from Allah, and that according to him is the greatest Duah that one can recite during the duration of this blessed night.
