If
God spoke to His servants in the past, why does He not talk to them now? If He
used to send His guidance in times of trouble, doubt and bewilderment, why does
He not open for men the door to His guidance today? Does this mean that all
religions are corrupted and cannot find any truth, and thus we cannot get any
results by following any one of them; or is it possible that the true religion
exists on earth, but men do not follow its teachings and therefore cannot make
any progress in the spiritual realm?
Whatever
opinion we espouse, the following question shall always be asked: why did God
not reveal a new religion if He thought that the world needed one; and if He
had already given His guidance to be followed and that people have not heeded
it, why did He not raise a reformer to guide them on the right path so that
they can enjoy His proximity and thus achieve the purpose of their creation?
It’s
unbelievable that a Merciful and Loving God remains unmoved at the sight of
humanity struggling in error and worldliness and does nothing to indicate to it
the direction and right path to take. God must be kinder and more merciful than
a father or a mother, for a mother and a father are only the instruments of
procreation of children, but God is not only the creator but also the ultimate
goal of human existence.
The
relationship between a child and his parents is temporary, but the one between
man and God lasts forever. The faculties and resources of parents are finite
and perishable, but God’s power is boundless and His treasures are
inexhaustible. He who has such a relationship with His creatures and Who is the
Master of such powers cannot forget His creatures and remain indifferent to
their suffering. He Who asks His weak creatures to be lenient to others cannot
be inclement so much so, that He leaves mankind without any means of direction
and spiritual progress and He leaves them to wander haphazardly in darkness and
lose sight while seeking light.
If
there is a God, He cannot permit that! If He sympathizes with His servants in
their trials and yet does not provide means of protection, we must conclude
that either He has no power to guide humanity towards the truth, or that it is
not the purpose of human existence to be in communion with God, and that man
was created only to eat, drink, and live a purely material and animalistic
existence. But these alternatives are without any support (they are baseless).
It is absurd to imagine that the One Who created the universe has no power to
provide the means for the spiritual guidance of humanity. We cannot also imagine
that man was only created for a purely material existence, because in that case
we would have to admit that an All-Wise and All-Knowing Creator manifested the
existence of this great universe without purpose. There is no machine invented
simply to let it run by itself; any machine has a precise/ designated purpose.
If
the purpose of human existence is only eating, drinking and sleeping, it would
mean that man was created to live at ease. If man has no purpose in his
creation, so we can not consider mutual aid as the goal of life. We are forced
to conclude that there must be a religion in the world that can lead man to
God. If all religions that exist are corrupt, a new religion (i.e. Islam) had to
be revealed for the guidance of humanity; and if it already exists in the world
a religion that can lead man to God and cannot accomplish its purpose as man is
not heedful to it, then a reformer must be raised in order to direct the
attention of man and bring humanity back to Him.
Can
a man build a beautiful home and luxuriously furnish it and then neglect to
make repairs and allow it to fall into ruin? Or, is it that man plants a nice
garden, and then allow it to dry out for lack of an irrigation system? If this
is not done, how is it possible to imagine that God, after revealing a perfect
religion for the salvation of men, have failed to take steps to protect and
preserve it?
Do we not see that after Moses God had sent prophets one after
another to keep alive the Jewish religion and fulfill the purpose for which
that religion had been revealed? And after Jesus He appointed those who kept
alive the spirit of (the true teachings of) Christianity?
And
that after the revelation of the Vedas He sent Krishna and Ram Chandra, and
other holy men to strengthen the true teachings of the Vedas? And after
Zoroaster He made provision for the preservation of the Persian religion (the
originally true one)? And after Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh) He continually raised up
men who explained the teachings of Islam with the help of revelation and also
maintained it alive?
In
a word, from whatever angle we look at it, we are forced to conclude that the
present condition of the earth requires loud and clear a divinely inspired
guide and not a guide elected by men (and moreover through a restricted
election of men)! The world was in need of a Messenger of God, a reformer of
Islam and humanity that would curb family dynasties who took over command and thereby
trampled the Divine law. For example, we see in this age such a man in
authority who globally proclaims himself as Ummati
Nabi and Mujaddid and Khalifa (Caliph) of Islam without having
received God’s guidance, and instructions to proclaim to the world such titles.
If
you really are a seeker of truth, O my friends so look for the divinely
inspired guide of your time, who is receiving the Rooh’ul Quddouss (the Holy Spirit). And let it be that the souls of
men who are madly in love (with God, with truth, with Spirituality), and who
have their eyes turned eager towards the sky, implore their Creator with pain
and sadness, and eyes filled with tears, that He may have mercy on them and
opens for them the doors of His Mercy and His Grace, and gives them what had
been granted to their predecessors and, by lifting spiritual darkness, heal their
eyes and hearts of blindness and impurity and lead them to the Eternal life which
is the purpose of human existence.
In
this world of Divine Manifestation, the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam is the only
Jamaat under the banner of ISLAM, the divine religion which is under Divine
protection. O you who are thirsty of spiritual life, come under the shadow of
Divine protection. I give you the glad tidings that the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al
Islam has come to provide you what you most need (in the field of spirituality).
He
who gives spiritual life to the dead (corpses), spiritual sight to the blind, spiritual
hearing to the deaf, etc., that spiritual healer (i.e. this humble servant of
God) has come from God according to the needs of the time and according to the
fulfillment of the prophecies of our beloved prophet Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh). Abu
Huraira (ra) narrated that the Holy Prophet (pbuh) said:
“Allah will send a Reviver of Religion (al
mujaddid) within this community (al ummah), and this at the beginning of each century.”
(Abu Dawud)
And
also there are the prophecies/ predictions of the Promised Messiah Hazrat Mirza
Ghulam Ahmad (as) and that of the Musleh Ma’ud Hazrat Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmud
Ahmad (ra). God’s Elects are not like the elects of men. The elects of God have
always come from God with the Holy Spirit in order to save the world from the
darkness of sin and guide him (all people) to salvation. Listen, O people,
Islam is the only religion that God has promised to preserve, and that He is preserving,
and it is therefore the only religion that God has chosen, and certainly the SAHIH
AL ISLAM is that Jamaat which has come from the same root of Islam to bring in
our time the long-awaited guidance for all humanity. If it were not so, why
would God have provided the means for its protection and preservation and left other
religions defenseless and unprotected?
So
O you truth seekers! I told you many times in the past that I’m not bearer of a
new religion, but I have been sent to revive the true teachings of Islam, to
serve Islam, to regenerate and propagate it, and to lead humanity to God
through ISLAM. Insha-Allah, may Almighty Allah direct you through your sincerity
of heart to this truth. Ameen.
