'Mulaqat' and Bai'at at Mathra

As reported here, the Muhyi-ud-Din Al Khalifatullah, Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim(atba) of Mauritius and the blessed members of the household made a two-week visit of India in the second half of January 2017. Travelling from Mauritius through Dubai, Chennai and Thiruvananthapuram airports, with the delegates from the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam- South Kerala joining them at both Chennai and Thiruvananthapuram, the larger caravan of people travelling along with Hadhrat Khalifatullah (atba) and family members, reached Mathra on the night of January 16, 2017, Alhamdulillah. For the Blog coverage on the arrival of Hadhrat Khalifatullah (atba) in India on the visit, click here. 

Members and well-wishers of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam, Kerala travelled to Mathra from their respective places across the State as to stay close to Hadhrat Khalifatullah (atba) during the days of his stay at the Noor’ul Islam Masjid, Mathra which function also as the headquarters of the Jamaat in Kerala. On the dawn of January 17, 2017 all brothers and sisters in Mathra assembled at the Noor’ul Islam Masjid for Tahajjud prayers, and later, also for the Fajr Namaz under the Imaamat of Hadhrat Khalifatullah (atba). The long, devout invocations and fervent supplications of the Khalifatullah (atba) during the Tahajjud prayers for the Jamaat and his disciples to the Lord Almighty deeply moved many hearts that morning, Soumma Alhamdulillah.

'Life' in the Time of a Divine Servant

The Muhyi-ud-Din Al Khalifatullah Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Saheb (atba) of Mauritius, along with the blessed members of the Household, recently visited India, January 16-30, 2017. During this tour of India, the Khalifatullah (atba) freely met with his sincere disciples and well-wishers and on several occasions, even addressed the members of the public, bestowing them with his august prayers and generous advices on leading an ethically-oriented, spiritually-rooted harmonious life under Islam.

What does it mean to live in the time of a Vicegerent of Allah, a Divine Elect, a Renewer of Faith? How does such belief in the appearance of Divine Elect relate to the Islamic doctrine? Can a lay person progress in faith in the time of a Prophet of Allah? Reproduced below is a speech delivered by Hadhrat Khalifatullah (atba) at the Noor'ul Islam Masjid at Mathra (Kerala, India), addressing his disciples from Kerala and Tamil Nadu, who were gathered at the Mosque during the days of his stay at Mathra, January 16-21, 2017.  

My dearest disciples who are present today,

Assalamoualaikum Warahmatullah Wabarakaatuhu.

Alhamdulillah, Summa Alhamdulillah, it is indeed a great blessing upon you that Allah has enabled this humble self to appear in your time and has vouchsafed me the instruction to come to you and address you here in Kerala. It is indeed a pleasure for me to be among you today and talking to you face to face.

These days the grace of God descends from heaven, signs appear and exiled faith returns to its home of jewels from the mine of divine sciences which are widely distributed. This is a time when the unbelievers begin to tremble with fear and tears of joy fill the eyes of believers. It is time to wake up those who are asleep so that they may benefit from this spiritual joy and blessing. This is the moment when a person must choose between accepting and denying. The faces of those who have agreed to be part of this divine blessing are filled with joy, while those who have turned their backs to the divine truth and messenger look dark and sad. Alas for them! If only they knew what they are missing!

Khalifatullah visits India: A Report

Hadhrat Khalifatullah (atba) visits India

Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam, India was established and officially registered with the government in the State of Kerala in the year 2010, with the Bai’at of our brother Mukarram R. Jamaluddin Raother Saheb of Mathra (presently Amir Saheb of the South Kerala Jamaat), Dr. E. Tahir Saheb of Kannur (presently Amir Saheb of the North Kerala Jamaat),  and other brothers in Alappuzha. It has been a longstanding wish of the members of the Jamaat in Kerala to meet with the Divinely-inspired and appointed Muhyi-ud-Din of this era, the Khalifatullah Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Saheb (atba) of Mauritius, ever since the time Allah (swt) blessed them with the light of faith to recognize and accept His Messenger of the era. 


Alhamdulillah, it is this cherished spiritual wish of the sincere believers that has come to fruition with the visit of the Khalifatullah (atba) and the blessed family members. The Muhyi-ud-Din Al Khalifatullah of Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam International, Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Saheb (atba) of Mauritius and the blessed members of the Household- Ummahaatul Mu’mineen Hazrat Nazira Begum Saheba, Hazrat Fazli Amena Varsally Saheba (International Sadr, Siraj Makin) Hazrat Tayyeba Shaheeda Nasrine Aliah Saheba and Sahebzada Abdul Muhaymin Alimuddin  Salim Azim- paid a historic visit to India, January 16-30, 2017. The visit took place under the Will and grace of Allah (swt) in the dawn of a new year, literally marking a new page in the Book of Time and the evolving spiritual lives of all members of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam, India. The journey of these blessed messengers of His Deen through India took place despite several hurdles, with the shadow of Divine help and special assistance, making every moment of the two- weeks stay in India, a spiritually uplifting experience for all those who were in the circle of the Divine Manifestation during those days, Soumma Alhamdulillah. 

In the coming days, the Sahih Al Islam Blog intents to celebrate and record this important event in the annals of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam, India with the publication of a series of brief reports capturing the journey experiences and conversations, including the photos taken on the occasion by people who travelled along and chronicled the events and encounters with people as it happened, Insha Allah, Ameen.  In the first of this series today, we record the arrival and welcome of the visiting Team at Chennai and their journey to the Noor’ul Islam Masjid at Mathra, Kerala on Monday, 16^th of January 2017. 

Arrival at Chennai, Tamil Nadu

On their arrival at the Chennai International Airport on Monday, January 16th, Hadhrat Khalifatullah (atba) and family members were warmly received by the delegates of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam, Kerala: Hazrat Mukarram Fazil Jamal, wife Haseena M. Fazil Saheba and their little son Zaki Mubarak Aziz Raother. Haseena M. Fazil Saheba, who holds the charge of Sadr, Siraj Makin of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam-South Kerala, was there also to receive the Ummahatul Mu'mineen. Though living in different continents all their lives and never met in person before, Allah (swt) brought them together under the leadership of His Elect of this era, with a blessed chance to "know one another as relatives from the same origin", like the Qur'an exhorts in Surah Al Hujurah. For our brother and his family, they have been regularly in touch with Hadhrat Khalifatullah (atba) and the Jamaat headquarters in Mauritius and official website over the course of the last six years almost on a daily basis; and yet, it was indeed their first, personal meeting with Hadhrat Khalifatullah (atba) and family and as such, it was a truly emotionally-overwhelming moment for them; where the hearts spoke louder than anything tongues could express through words, Alhamdulillah. 

Divine Revelation in Broad Day Light


Divine love and mercy for His Elect came in the broad day light of Chennai Airport and this humble self became a witness to the descent of Divine revelations on the Holy Master. At the Transit Lounge in the Chennai Airport, while waiting for the flight to Thiruvananthapuram, the whole team of eight people offered the collective prayers of Dhuhr and Aser. Soon, thereafter, Allah (swt) manifested His Grace and the Khalifatullah (atba) was vouchsafed with revelations in Arabic, containing good news for the sincere believers in the Divine Manifestation, including for a young member of the Team and also for Mathra, where the historic Noor’ul Islam Masjid, is located as the centre of all Jamaat activities of our brothers in the south of Kerala, Insha Allah, Aameen. 

Thiruvananthapuram 

Later, the team took the afternoon Air India Express flight to Thiruvananthapuram, capital city of Kerala. At Thiruvananthapuram, brothers including Azim Ahmed, Rakesh and Hamza, turned up at the international airport to register their enthusiasm to welcome the Khalifatullah (atba) and family to Kerala. Representatives of the South Jamaat, YK Harriz Saheb of Alappuzha, Shamsuddin Saheb of Palakkad, Sulfikar Ali Saheb of Kaliyikkavila soon reached the place with a Tempo Traveller to facilitate the transit journey of the Khalifatullah (atba) and Team to the Noor’ul Islam Masjid, Mathra, Alhamdulillah. 

Mathra

The Team reached at Mathra by 9.30 pm in the night. The Jamaat members, led by Amir Mukarram R. Jamaluddin Saheb and his family members- Shareefa Beebi Saheba, Sofiya Beebi Saheba, DA Zainul Abdeen Saheb, Fauzia Jamal Zain Saheba, Faezah Maryam Zain Saheba and Zachariah Ibn Zain- were there to receive and welcome Hadhrat Khalifatullah (atba) and family at the Fathima’s Thodiyil Veedu, the residence of the Amir Saheb where the Team were to stay till their departure to other places on the morning of Saturday, 21st January 2017. Our brothers K. Saleem Saheb and Abu Baker Saheb of Alappuzha travelled from their respective places well ahead of time so as to join the Amir Saheb and family at Mathra in welcoming our Imam, Hadhrat Khalifatullah (atba) and the respected members of the household into our land,Alhamdulillah.  

Like wise, our brother Sadiq Ali Saheb of Kaliyikkavila along with his wife Rajeena Sadiq Ali Saheba and little son Munir Ahmad Azim- also travelled long distances to witness the arrival of the Imam (atba) and family members. Shareefa Beebi Saheba, the respected mother of Fazil Jamal, had many months back made a beautiful dream in which she saw Hadhrat Khalifatullah (atba) and family arriving at her home in a big vehicle. Allah (swt) blessed the dream in full measure: despite her frail health, Shareefa Saheba was there to warmly receive Hadhrat Khalifatullah (atba) and the respected family members at her home,  Summa Alhamdulillah.  (To be continued).

Massih Maoud Day @ Mathra Masjid

Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam- South Kerala organized a Spiritual Gathering of its members at Noor’ul Islam Masjid, Mathra, 24-25 March, coinciding with the Massih Maoud Day 2016. Brothers from Alappuzha, Tamil Nadu and also from Delhi, reached ahead of the commencement of the Two-Day programme. As a community of people with shared interests and concerns, common goals under the banner of Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam, the Get-Together was indeed an opportunity for soul-searching and critical self-reflection, to ruminate on the challenges of spiritual transformation entailed by the Bai’at with the Imam (atba).

During the Two Days, members engaged in extended conversations, discussing the internal and external challenges of being a believer in a world that is largely indifferent to Tawheed. On the first day of the meeting, Mukarram Amir Jamaluddin Sahib presided over the Inaugural session. Salim Sahib of Alappuzha offered a welcome note to the gathering- pointing to the years of progress we have had as a Jamaat of the followers of the Divine Manifestation in Mauritius- in the august personage of Hazrat Khalifatullah Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib (atba). Y.K. Hariz Sahib of Alappuzha offered the recitation of the Holy Qur’an and Translation. The special Message of the Khalifatullah (atba) for the Jalsa Salana was translated into, and read out in, Malayalam by Hazrat Mukarram Fazil Jamal Sahib to the gathering. Report on the Fifth Jalsa in Kerala

      Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam Kerala organized its Fifth  Jalsa Salana at Noor'ul Islam Masjid, Mathra, 22-23 December 2015, Alhamdulillah.

    Brothers from Alappuzha and also from Delhi, reached ahead of the commencement of the two-day programme. Members listened to speeches and engaged in extended conversations, discussing the finer points of being a believer in these difficult times where the world around us is largely indifferent to Tawheed and all that it entails in our private lives and public conduct. As a community of people with shared interests and concerns, common goals under the banner of Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam and the Imamat of the Khalifatullah Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib (atba) of Mauritius, the brothers and sisters viewed the get-together as an opportunity for soul-searching and critical self-reflection. 

On the first day, all brothers and sisters collectively offered the Tahajjud prayers and it was followed later by the Namaz-e-Fajr.  Mukarram Amir Jamaluddin Sahib conducted a Dars-e-Qur’an, immediately after the Fajr Namaz. In his speech, the Amir Sahib pointed to the subtle verities of spiritual wisdom contained in Surah Al Asr. Firm belief, enduring good deeds, patience and steadfastness against all odds--- mark the charcater of all true and sincere believers in every age, reminded the Amir Sahib in his sermon. 

At 9.00 a.m, all members assembled for a new session. Recitation of the Holy Qur’an and Translation was done by brother Y.K.Hariz Sahib of Alappuzha. 

Hazrat Mukarram Fazil Jamal Sahib offered a welcome note to the gathering- pointing to the five years of progress we have had as a Jamaat in India, as followers of the Divine Manifestation of our times, first witnessed in Mauritius in the august personage of Hazrat Khalifatullah (atba) Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib in the last decade. 

This was followed by the recitation of a Poem by our brother Salim Sahib of Alappuzha; the poem being a Malayalam Translation of an Urdu poem originally written by the Promised Massih Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as) of Qadian.

The special Message of the Khalifatullah (atba) for the Jalsa Salana was translated into, and read out in, Malayalam by Dr. Haseena Masood Fazil Sahiba (Sadr, Siraj Makin) to the gathering. The importance of healthy lifestyle for physical and spiritual well being was underscored in the profound message with reference to both original Islamic dietary norms and contemporary evidence-based medical findings. 'Eid' Retreat: Message to Kerala Jamaat

On the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha 2015, Jamaat-Ul-Sahih-Al-Islam-Kerala, South organized a Two-Day Spiritual Retreat Programme at the historic Noor'ul Islam Masjid, Mathra. The Amir Jamaat, Jenab R. Jamaluddin Raother Saheb led the discussions and meeting proceedings held on September 24-25, 2015. 

Alhamdulillah, Soumma Alhamdulillah, those who participated in the Retreat, left the Mosque with a renewed sense of spiritual awareness and unique internal contentment/ inner peace. 

The various expositions of Islamic teachings and viewpoints made by the Khalifatullah of our times, Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Saheb (atba) of Mauritius-who is a living Renewer of the Faith of Islam and a frequent recipient of Divine revelations- formed the backdrop of the proceedings and discussions at the Retreat. Presented below is the Transcript of the special Message delivered the Khalifatullah (atba) for the benefit of the fledgling Kerala Jamaat. 

MESSAGE TO THE KERALA JAMAAT UL SAHIH AL ISLAM 

My dear Amir Sahib and all my dear disciples in the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam – Kerala,

Assalamoualaikum Warahmatullah Wabarakaatuhu.

It gives me great pleasure to know that you are holding a two-day special spiritual retreat and maximising your attention and efforts in tarbiyyat and tabligh. May Allah (swt) bless your efforts. Ameen. 

I pray to Allah (swt) that the spiritual retreat may prove a step forward towards realising the aims and objects for which the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam has been founded. The banner of Islam has to be raised aloft, higher than all other banners, and the message of the Holy Quran has to be conveyed to every human being, of every colour (black, brown or white) and race etc. 

The world is groping in darkness. There is a sense of frustration all round. Despite all worldly comforts there is unrest and uneasiness in every heart. This is because people have forsaken religion and lost contact with their Creator.

In this wide world, there is one and only one community – the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam – which is blessed with contentment and satisfaction by the Grace of Allah. The angels descend upon them from heaven and bring solace to their hearts. This is because they firmly believe in a living and Almighty God who manifests profusely His signs of grace, keeps them safe from all dangers and sustains them in all their difficulties.

'Tabligh' Seminar in Kerala: A Report

By the grace of Allah, our brothers from the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam, Kerala – North Zone organised a special 2-Day seminar, focusing on the intention and aims of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam, and the advent of a Khalifatullah to all people teaching them the way of life, the way to Allah which Islam entails.

The seminar started after the Salat-ul-Jumu’ah on Friday 14 August 2015 with a Holy Quran reading by our brother E. Hamza Saheb at 4.00 pm.

The Zonal Ameer, Janab Dr. Thahir Sahib inaugurated the seminar and delivered the speech. In his speech he described deeply the intention and aims of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam.

He described that after the establishment of the Jamaat by its founder Hazrat Munir Ahmad Azim (atba) and his proclamation as the Khalifatullah of the age – and as posted on the official website of the Jamaat – the Khalifatullah has explained that the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam is not a new religion or a branch of other existing organisations. 

It was indeed the fulfilment of the prophecy of Hazrat Muhammad Mustapha Rassool-e-Kareem (saws). Allah appointed Munir Ahmad Azim (atba) as the Messenger of Allah in this 15^th Century Hijrah to revive the lost belief (faith).

The Jamaat is a group of believers, which has been established by the reformer Hazrat Munir Ahmad Azim (atba) after getting revelations from Allah (twa).

Spiritual Meeting in Kerala: A Report

Members of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam from across the State of Kerala (India) assembled at the historic Noor’ul Islam Masjid, Mathra between 15-17 May 2015. Brothers, sisters and children of the Jamaat came for the Special Get Together Programme with the broader objective of shared learning, mutual discussions and to perform collective prayers and to develop spiritual solidarity in an atmosphere of informal cordiality within the fraternity. Brothers and sisters from Palakkad, Alappuzha, Kochi (Ernakulum), Kodungallur and Kaliyikkavila, and also from Delhi, reached Mathra to join our Sahih Al Islam families in the place, ahead of the scheduled commencement of the Three-day programme.

On Friday, the 15^th May 2015, all members assembled together at the Masjid for the Jum’ah Prayers. In the second-half of the Jum’ah Qutubah, the Amir Jamaat, Mukarram R. Jamaluddin Saheb formally declared the commencement of the Programme. The Three-Day Programme had a different format altogether: 

Brothers were routinely encouraged to recite the Holy Qur’an in Arabic along with the Translation of the verses in Malayalam and the meeting speeches were held in close proximity with prayer timings so as to allow all our women members (who were otherwise busy also to prepare food for the gathering) also to take part and listen to the special Speeches being made at the Mosque. 

In his remarks, the Amir Saheb viewed the Programme as an occassion to come, stay and pray together in an atmosphere of brotherly affection and friendly discussion about various spiritual matters and religious questions. Strengthening our faith and beliefs in solidarity with like-minded people becomes possible through our active and informed participation in such spiritual proceedings, he noted.

In the second session after Namaz-e-Aser, all members listened with rapt attention to the special Speech from Mauritius delivered by the Khalifatullah Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib (atba) on the occasion. Hazrat Mukarram Fazil Jamal Sahib provided the Malayalam translation of, and supplementary notes on, the Speech for the benefit of our members present. As the speech of the Khalifatullah (atba) touched upon a critical issue at the heart of our very spiritual life, the gathering sought to absorb the message in full measure- obedience to Allah and His Messenger leads to unity and solidarity within the community, testifying to right personal beliefs and integrity of practice. 

Living Islam: Miracle on a Dawa Mission

It is refreshing to note the diverse nature of the work of faith and spiritual conviction, being performed by the brothers of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam in India on a voluntary, personal and collective basis, to establish Tawheed in this era and to bring about spiritual transformation in society through the sustained, internal engagement with, and propagation of, the Message of Allah in this era, through the advent of the Khalifatullah Hadhrat Muhyi-ud-Din Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib(atba) of Mauritius. 

In the course of his Friday Sermon of January 23, 2014 the Khalifatullah (atba) shared with the world some of these remarkable efforts being made by his disciples in India. Inspired by the personal example of the Khalifatullah (atba) himself, the Amir Sahib of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam, (Kerala-South) Mukarram Jamaluddin Sahib of Mathra goes on a Dawa Mission and is blessed with an astonishing experience of a miracle in favour of living Islam through the advent of the Khalifatullah (atba), and also with an extraordinary dream filled with the sweetness of faith; a Tarbiyat/Tabligh seminar in the northern region where a section of our brothers assembled to talk about the challenges of remaining true to one's own spiritual convictions and the obligations of Bai'at it entails; brothers in Tamil Nadu seek to spread the message of the advent of the Khalifatullah (atba) through publications in their Tamil language, etc.

Alhamdulillah, Summa Alhamdulillah, the Amir of our Jamaat in Kerala (South Zone) Jamaluddin Sahib has related to me how he was inspired by Dawa Missions around the world, and he decided after my return from London that he shall also go on a special journey to spread the message of Islam, the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam and the advent of a Khalifatullah to all people he shall meet. He chose specific parts of Tamil Nadu, especially those places where Islam were first implanted in those parts of the state. He says that unfortunately, nowadays these places have become dirty places (both physically and spiritually) and the worst of sins which people commit is when they go on Dargas to pray the saints (Pirs), or people whom the others take as saints. Therefore, along with his cousin who is a member of the Sunnat-e-Jamaat, they went to those places. The Amir Sahib went for his Dawa/tabligh, to bring these people back to Tawheed (the unity of God) whereas his cousin was one of those who are believers in those saints and practices.

'Tabligh' among Ahmadis: A Kerala Incident

Freedom of religion in any civilized society includes the fundamental human rights to profess, practice and preach one's spiritual convictions, regardless of whether the State or other persons in society approve of those beliefs and practices. There can be no compulsion in matters of religion. Just as no one can be forced against their will to listen to a discourse, no one has the liberty to obstruct the peaceful preaching of a message to others, either. And the preaching of Islam is an appeal to the spiritual conscience of men and women. As the Holy Qur'an says, 'the truth has come from your Lord: let those who wish to believe in it do so, and let those who wish to reject it do so' (18: 30). Divine Messengers in the past had repeatedly been asked to convey the situation as it is: "People, the Truth has come to you from your Lord. Whoever follows the right path follows it for his own good, and whoever strays does so to his own loss: I am not your Guardian" (10:109).

For a century or so, the mainstream Ahmadis had relied on these sublime Islamic principles of freedom of human conscience and the liberty of individual choices in their extraordinary efforts in spreading the message of Islam-Ahmadiyyat among hostile opponents and other adversarial elements everywhere. Yet, today they are increasingly intolerant. This is starkly visible in Kerala these days, even as the message of Allah, being conveyed through the Divine Reformer of our times, the Khalifatullah Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib (atba) of Mauritius, has recently reached the corners of India. 

When the disciples of the Khalifatullah (atba) recently sought to convey the Divine message in the town of Karunagappally, the Ahmadi youths in Kerala (India) got enraged and wanted to extinguish the possibility of the message reaching the common Ahmadis. In his Friday Sermon of July 18, 2014, in the course of his expositions on the Holy Month of Ramadan, the Khalifatullah (atba) took note of the Tabligh Incident.

June 2014: Dawa Highlights

Day One

Alhamdulillah, upon reaching Reunion Island, the Khalifatullah^(atba) was warmly welcomed by the Vice-President of the Jamaat. There was a good interaction between the two and our respected brother took Huzur^(atba) to refresh himself before the start of the mini-Jalsa Salana (half-day) to be held after Zuhr prayer.

Jalsa Salana Programme:

v  Quran Recitation (with translation) by our brother Mohamed Ahmad.

v  An Opening/Welcoming Speech by the Vice-President of the Jamaat.

v  A speech by the Sadr Siraj Makin of the Reunion Jamaat axed on the role of women of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam in the modern society.

v  A break of 20 minutes spent in our members & guests from various religious denominations meeting with the Messenger of Allah^(atba).

o   Diner & Salat-ul-Maghrib/Esha in congregation.

v  Quran Recitation (with translation) by our brother Ismaël.

v  Closing Speech by Hazrat Khalifatullah Munir A. Azim^(atba).

v  Collective Prayer (duas) & refreshments.

The Mini-Jalsa Salana ended at around 20.45pm, and everybody returned home satisfied and thankful to Allah that they have got the opportunity to meet with Huzur^(atba) twice in a year. Alhamdulillah.

Huzur^(atba) and some of our members spent the day in Dawa at Sainte Clotilde. In the course of the Dawa expedition, he encountered a Mourid Imam with whom he got a clash on the matter of religion. Later on, he met with a Muslim (a Shiite Mullah) at Moufia and there itself was held a question and answers session on the death of Jesus Christ^(as), to which many people assisted. The Khalifatullah^(atba) exposed to him several verses of the Holy Quran and other proofs from the Hadiths but despite all this, the Mullah refused to acknowledge the truth exposed by the Holy Quran on the subject. He even sought to deviate the people who were witnessing the debate from the true viewpoint of the Holy Quran which the Khalifatullah^(atba) sought to make apparent.

2013- Jalsa Salana in Kerala: A Report

Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam Kerala observed its second Jalsa Salana at the historic Noorul Islam Masjid, Mathra, 22-23 December 2013. Brothers from Palakkad, Alappuzha and Kaliyikkavila, and also from Delhi, reached ahead of the scheduled formal commencement of the two-day programme.   Registration proceedings ended at 11.00 AM on December 22^nd, and the Inaugural Session started with the Recitation of the Qur’an (Tilawat-ul Qur’an) by DA Zainul Abdeen Sahib. K. Salim Sahib offered a formal welcome note to everyone present on the occasion.

Fazil Jamal Sahib chaired the Inaugural Session. He observed that the Promised Massih (as) in the previous era and the Khalifatullah (atba) in our times, have attached  much imporatnce to the Jalsa Salana as an occassion to come, stay and pray together in an atmosphere of brotherly affection and friendly discussion about various spiritual matters and religious questions. Strengthening our faith and beliefs in solidarity with like-minded people becomes possible through our active and informed participation in the Jalsa proceedings, he noted.

Mukarram Amir Jamaluddin Sahib inaugurated the Jalsa Salana programme. In his speech, the Amir Sahib pointed to the trials of faith that are around us, in each moment of our lives. Drawing on Qur’anic verses, the Amir Sahib stated that belivers are to stand tall amidst the chaos and crisis that their close relatives and family membvers may manufacture. As a consequence, angels will descend on them conveying inner contentment, peace and tranquility in this very world when they are otherwise engulfed by the enemies. 

A Warning to an Ahmadi Amir in Kerala

As the 2013 Jalsa Salana of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam, Kerala was taking place at the Noor’ul Islam Masjid in Mathra on December 22-23, members of the Jamaat from outside the place were also present there. Some of them had a Tabligh encounter with Mr. Abdul Saleem, President of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat in Mathra, Kerala. 

Mr. Saleem had so much confidence in his own theological positions that he invited our brothers to his house for a discussion on the Divine Manifestation in Mauritius. Once the discussion started and he realized that his blind faith in the Ahmadiyya Khilafat cannot withstand the critical scrutiny of Qur’anic guidance, he lost his original plot of “guiding the brothers”. As his nefarious plan to deviate the brothers collapsed like a pack of cards, the host came under satanic impulses and sobriety and civility vanished into thin air. He fumed with rage, started a virulent, verbal attack on the guests, abusing and vilifying the Divine Manifestation, the Divine Messenger and his humble disciples. Starkly reflecting the path travelled by one Muhammad Hussein of Batala, who infamously predicted the end of the Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya with the death of the Promised Massih Hadhrat Ahmad (as) in the previous era, the fatally unfortunate Mr. Saleem expressed the same curses on the new Divine Manifestation of our times.

In his Friday Sermon of December 27, 2013 the Khalifatullah Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib (atba) of Mauritius took serious note of this development and warned this Amir and those like him who wishes to see a bad end for the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam in very profound words of advice:

'A Call to the TRUTH'

Mukarram Jamal-ud-Din Sahib, the respected Amir Sahib of the Jamaat-Ul-Sahih Al Islam- Kerala (INDIA) has issued a Public Notice to the attention of all those who seek spiritual solace and Divine pleasure in these troubled times. This is an open invitation to join and assemble under the banner of the Divinely-raised Khalifatullah Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib (atba) of Mauritius and the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam International. The Holy Qur’an states:

 God took a pledge from the prophets, saying,

‘If, after I have bestowed Scripture and wisdom upon you, a messenger comes confirming what you have been given, you must believe in him and support him. Do you affirm this and accept My pledge as binding on you?’

They said, ‘We do.’  He said, ‘Then bear witness and I too will bear witness.’
(Surah Al-Imran, 3:82)

Dreams and New Bai’ats in Kerala

Whenever a Khalifa of Allah appears, angels descent with him and they will guide eager hearts to the recognition of the Divine Manifestation. This subtle and profound spiritual reality was articulated and confirmed by the Promised Massih Hadhrat Ahmad (as) himself. Today, we are witnessing the fulfillment of this eternal Divine Law through the lived experiences of common believers in Mauritius, in India and elsewhere who have recognized Hadhrat Munir Ahmad Azim Sahib as the Chosen Messenger of Allah of this era.

The Promised Massih (as) writes:

“Let it be known that it is the established custom of Allah that whenever a Messenger, a Prophet or an appointed recipient of Divine Revelation is sent for the reformation of mankind, it becomes imperative that he is accompanied by such angels who instill guidance in all loving hearts. They induce the hearts towards goodness.  They continue to descend until the darkness of profanity and corruption gives way to the break of the dawn of faith and truthfulness. The Almighty God says:

“The angels and the Spirit descend upon them by the command of their Lord with their Lord’s decrees concerning every matter. It is all peace, till the break of the dawn”. (Surah Al Qadr, 97:5-6).

So the appearance of the angels and the Holy Spirit only takes place at the advent of a person of distinction, who is dressed in the garb of Khilafat and honored with a direct communion with God. This Khalifa is specially gifted with the Holy Spirit and the angels in attendance are deputed to descend on all pious hearts. The reflection of this heavenly glow falls on people of receptive talent, and consequently the whole world is engulfed in the dazzle of this intense light.      

As a result of the noble influence of the angels, the hearts of such people are voluntarily inclined towards virtuous thoughts and are thus charmed by the concept of the Unity of God. Upright hearts are charged with the inclination towards the search of truth. The spiritually frail are granted fortitude. Everywhere a breeze begins to blow which is supportive to the objectives of the Mujaddid. An invisible hand is beckoning humanity so that they of themselves are hastening towards that reform which will bring out the best of their talents. Mankind is in a state of agitation and stir in anticipation of what is to come.

At that juncture, the ignorant contemplates that the world has taken a turn for the better, all by itself. Indeed, this reformation is the result of the efforts of those angels    who appear along with the Khalifa of Allah (Khalifa-tullah) and confer extraordinary powers upon people to understand and accept the Truth. They awaken the masses from their slumber, alert the careless, grant hearing to the deaf, quicken the dead and raise the entombed out of their graves. Then, people suddenly begin to open their eyes and those issues that were, until this time, concealed from their hearts begin to unravel. In reality, these angels are not different from this Khalifa of Allah (Khalifa-tullah). They are indeed a reflection of the Divine illumination on his face and manifestations of his endurance towards his mission. Such a person may be physically distant or nigh, he may be an acquaintance or totally alien, yet all are attracted with a magnetic force provided the capacity of reformation is present in them….”

Today, in this new century of Islam and Ahmadiyyat, we are witnessing extraordinary testimonials in favour of the Divine Manifestation in Mauritius; People in distant lands are virtually being guided by signs and dreams. It is astonishing to hear about the dreams and signs of the believers in the era of the new Divine Manifestation.
